Monthly Rentals in Old Cairo

I would definitely recommend Sam's apartment! We were perfectly hosted. The accommodation is impeccable, large, perfectly equipped. The neighborhood is quite lively but very lively, with a market, many shops, central. We only stayed one night, but it's certain that if we come back to Cairo, we'll stay longer at Sam's! Thanks again to him and his wife.

The host, Omar, is one of the best hosts I have ever had. One of our party members was sick, and he did everything he could to accommodate us. The place is one of the nicest we had in Egypt. 10/10 would recommend.

3 people, 10 days in April 2025: very enjoyable stay! Elevator very Egyptian but apartment great: spacious, newly renovated. Beds comfy and clean, furniture new. Air condition units work very well. Stunning view from the balcony. Windows have insect screens and shutters, i.e. rooms dark at night. Always hot water. Cairo noise bearable but ear plugs recommended. Cleanliness not as great as we would have liked, only little equipment in the kitchen but appliances work well. Also, great (Egyptian) restaurant nearby: Bayt Elmoazz Resturant & Cofe. Location quite perfect! Practically opposite the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. Good pick up/drop off spot for taxi and Uber. In the immediate vicinity: 3 supermarkets, bakery, fruit + veggie trader, pharmacy etc. You stand out as tourists but safe neighborhood, even at night. Toraqi is a great host! Communication fast and good, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!!! Will definitely return! :)
