This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing!! The kids were blown away by all the things to do and how awesome the floor plan of the home was!! My daughter will remember this birthday for years to come! It is affordably priced if you have a group to split it with. I just wish it was a little more affordable for people that don’t.

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

We chose Scott’s place because of how child friendly it was. We had 5 kids with us and the house had plenty of toys for the kids to play with. There was lots of space and places for our family to sleep.

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Martha’s place was absolutely beautiful and just the perfect size for our group! We had no issues and is easy to find/access! Martha was also very responsive and made sure we got in and settled! Loved that she checked in on us throughout our stay!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

Nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is nice and clean. The front porch needs a railing to help us older folks get up and down the three stairs. The furniture is newer and trendy and clean. The beds linens were nice but the mattresses were very poor and worn in our opinion. We did not find the dish drainer that is mentioned in the checkout directions. We did not do any cooking but if we would have we would have needed to bring salt pepper and oil which most air B&Bs with kitchens have. The kitchen is very minimal equipped and there was a coffee pot but no coffee or filters were provided. No condiments. Snacks or drinks of any kind are in the kitchen so plan ahead if you want a late night snack or coffee to help start your morning. The home is very clean and tidy with good AC. We found the furniture all clean just not very comfortable or cozy to us. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness in the home.

Stayed with a group for our company Christmas party nearby. Very convenient location, great property. Host was responsive and welcoming! We will be back for our event next year, thanks for a great stay!

Very cute house, decor was adorable. House was clean and location was perfect for what we needed close to family. We were able to check in much earlier than scheduled due to no one staying the night before us. Host was very quick to respond!

2nd time staying with Jason. 5 dads and 5 daughters in for softball and worked out great like it did last yr. Jason went out of the way to make sure the BBQ grill was working and worked out great. girls and dads enjoyed their stay and how quiet and private it was. thanks again will be trying to book again next yr. thanks

This is a beautiful neighborhood home with nice walking trails right outside. Great space for pets with kennel and backyard. Good sleeping spaces for our family or 8! Very clear and easy check in and out procedures!

The place was clean, had lots of kitchen utensils and looked just like the pictures. The theater room and pool room were awesome too! There’s a nice little park within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There’s a super target not too far from it and a nice shopping area close by. We stayed with our three younger kids and it worked out good for us. Overall, I was pleased with the location, the amenities and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful house. Every amenity covered, so comfortable and impressive interior design details. Perfect location in the heart of Overland Park.

The stay was awesome! I booked this for my wife on Mother's Day. We have 4 children 6, 5, 4, & 3, so it gets hectic at home. Wife needed some time away and this was perfect. Home was clean, fresh, and well presented.Tanner went above and beyond with a small floral arrangement and muffins for the occasion which made the wife smile. We took a moment to enjoy the comfort for an hour or so before leaving Mama to enjoy her peace, which she happily said would love to book again. Despite it being hot out, she enjoyed the hot tub in the late evening and early morning. Though we don't leave messes, Tanner's instructions were to just enjoy the time and not to worry about anything for checkout, making things simple and uncomplicated. My wife appreciates this, and I'm sure I will book again.

Really lovely space- clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed- towels, bottled water, spices, pots/pans, full Keurig station. The host was very responsive and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a very peaceful neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable and clean. House had everything needed to cook meals instead of going out every night. House was spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was also a plus. Bill was very quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice, clean home in a safe neighborhood. Jack and Jill bathroom was cute and beds were comfortable! There was also an adorable chipmunk that we enjoyed watching in the backyard.

A weekday trip to Kc was on agenda. Looking for a place last minute and it wasnt looking good, until i searched Airbnb. This place was great. Despite being the Only available option, it didnt fall short of being the right place.

Kendra was great. Very on top of any questions I had. The house was great and was great for what my buddy and I needed. Especially appreciated the home being dog friendly and not having to crate him when we were gone. A great place. Definitely would book again.

We only had 3 people at the home and could have easily fit a large group. Would rent again as the home was very clean, is in a nice neighborhood and had the amenities we needed. Thank you!
