Vacation rentals with a patio in Okrug Donji

The apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped, the pool was a great size with plenty of sun beds. Great restaurants and bars were all just a short walk away.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment in Trogir! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool und die Whirlpool Funktion. Ein echtes Highlight, vor allem für unsere Kinder. Auch die zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Als passionierte Kaffeetrinker hätten wir uns eine Kaffeemaschine gewünscht – Kaffeepulver war zwar vorhanden, aber bei einem so schönem Apartment wäre das noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles, neues Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Gute Ausstattung und wohnliche Einrichtung. Bei 36° Außentemperatur war die Wohnung dankenswerter Weise mit suffizienten, modernen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Trogir und die Promenade erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. In der Hochsaison ist die Parkplatzsuche evtl. etwas abenteuerlich. Direkt bei der Unterkunft war dies nicht möglich, öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe schlagen mit 15 Euro/d zu Buche. Hierfür empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der App "BMove", da die alten Automaten nur Hartgeld nehmen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch recht späte Check-In-Zeit von 16 Uhr, zumal man um 10 Uhr wieder draußen sein soll.

Der Apartment ist genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, ein Supermarkt liegt nur ein paar Meter die Straße entlang, der Flughafen ist 10 Minuten entfernt, und nach Trogir kommt man in nur 4 Minuten mit dem Uber, das uns nur 3,80 € gekostet hat. Die Fahrräder sind von sehr guter Qualität und haben uns perfekt für eine entspannte Fahrt entlang des wunderschönen Meeres und der Strände gedient. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir gebraucht haben. Reiner Luxus zum niedrigsten Preis. Bewertung: 10/10.

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! Thank you for our stay.

Merci a Ivan, nous sommes arriver tard suite au retard de notre vol, il nous a attendue pour nous accueillir et donner les clefs, ce qui est super professionnel de sa pars. l'appartement et très très bien placé, vous avez tout a côté (restaurant, market, plage, activités), et bien sur super propre, j'ai l'habitude de voyager dans le monde entier, et c'est rare qu'un logement soit aussi propre ! l'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et il a une super vue, très agréable pour l'apéro ou les repas de la journee. Nous sommes venu avec notre bébé et notre filles de 5 ans, elles ont toute 2 était très a l'aise dans ce logement. Bravo et merci.

5 stars – A Perfect Getaway! We had an incredible stay! The host was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and full of excellent local knowledge that really helped us make the most of our trip. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the amazing hot tub—such a treat to unwind in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat with a host who truly goes above and beyond!

accueil par sa mère Marina convivial et tres aimable,logement propre et impeccable,jai apprécié la petite terrasse mais dommage je n'avais pas la vue sur la mer.Marina nous ont offert des citrons ,nous avons fait une bonne citronnade pour la route. tt se fait à pied,boulangerie en face du logement et supermarché, restaurants tt est autour.pas besoin d'une voiture. Si j'ai l'occasion je reviendrai dans ce logement,tellement j'ai adoré Trogir

Trevlig värd, hjälpsam och alltid snabba svar! Vackert beläget, super med lugnet uppe i lägenheten fast det centrala läget. Många trappor upp till lägenheten, detta gjorde inget för oss men inte idealt för den som är sämre på benen😊

Un appartement au top : hyper propre , au calme tout en étant proche des grands axes routiers ou du bus, literie très confortable. Et un accueil très chaleureux de Sandra et ses parents qui vivent à côté. Le logement est très bien équipé, est resté frais malgré la chaleur de la semaine, la terrasse couverte est parfaite. Sandra s’est montrée très arrangeante sur les horaires. Je recommande à 100% .

Ivana hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen mit Geschenken und einem flexiblen früheren Check-In. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus, das man den günstigen Preis nicht angesehen hat! Tolle Aussicht, Lage direkt am Meer und super Aussenbereich. Ivana hat immer sehr schnell und super freundlich geantwortet und sich mega schnell um Probleme gekümmert

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

Danijela's place is fantastic. We didnt have exact timing for arrival for keys and her dad was flexible and helped coordinate our check-in. Space was great for us both inside and out. Great place highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

This was a multigenerational trip, and three generations loved our stay! Vinko was helpful, kind, and an all-around exceptional host! The apartment is beautiful and well cared for!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

Marina war eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem tollen Zustand. Marina hat frische Erdbeeren und Kuchen bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank konnte man alle wichtigen Dinge für die erste Zeit finden (Butter, Getränke, Marmelade, Toastbrot,...). Das kannten wir bisher so nicht und fanden es super. Wir fanden lediglich zwei Dinge etwas schade, die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert und der Strand war aufgrund einer riesigen Umbaumaßnahme nicht zugänglich. Ansonsten alles tiptop.

Apartament bardzo czysty i przyjemny, idealny na pobyt. Na miejscu było wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, co bardzo ułatwiało codzienne funkcjonowanie. Jednak największym atutem był gospodarz – komunikatywny, uprzejmy i niezwykle pomocny. Zdecydowanie będę polecać to miejsce innym!
