The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. Apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, only the road is between the house and the beach. It is apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, 2 garden spots, hammocks , sundecks, outside terrace in front of the apartment. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property. Also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal and rental stand up paddle boards. Cheers and see you! :)

Villa Marin - first row by the sea

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.
