There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. The property was beautiful and in a great location — close to excellent cafes, attractions, and in a visually stunning location. Michael was very helpful with answering questions before and during our stay; and checking in and out was a breeze. I especially appreciated Michael’s flexibility with an early check in. Looking forward to our next stay here.

The outdoor area features a spacious driveway surrounded by tropical plants and trees. A combination of potted plants and landscaped greenery adds natural accents. The modern facade of the townhouse is visible, with large black doors providing entry.

We highly rate Fay's place. Fay was friendly and informative while still giving us lots of space. Extra provisions were thoughtfully provided for breakfast and in our washroom. We were warm and cosy with plenty of bedding and a heatpump in our room. Everything was clean and the walls looked freshly painted. Our stay was very good value for money .Thanks Fay

We loved our stay at Christine and Jeremy’s place. The location was perfect for walks into St. Heliers and visiting our relatives nearby, and a short drive or bus ride into downtown Auckland. But if you just wanted to relax or regroup at home, the view from the flat is amazing, the place is flooded with sunlight, sparkling clean and perfectly equipped top to bottom. We’ve found our perfect spot in Auckland and will be back soon!
