Very nice house with great garden. We were here with a group of friends and were able to enjoy the area, also thanks to renting bicycles through Joost. Also close to Den Bosch so everything was nearby. Absolutely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb very much. Patricia was super friendly and even had all kinds of fun toys prepared for our 1.5 year old daughter. Very sweet! The Airbnb itself was very cozy and nice. Definitely recommended! The chickens that scurry by complete the whole :)

Frans was very kind and responsive, the place is beautiful and feels like a home away from home. The house has everything four or maybe even six people could need. It's a stones throw from Tilburg where we spent most our time. Perfection.

It was a great stay. Check-in was very easy, the neighborhood is quiet, and everything is close.

Loved my stay, made to feel very welcome and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The rooftop view is beautiful, the location is ideal and has lots of amenities close by. The house is clean and has been decorated to excellent standard. Will definitely go back if I’m back in Tilburg.

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. Clean accommodation, flexible check-in/out, very friendly hosts, city center easily accessible on foot, perfect for a city trip or a long weekend. :)

Mirjam and her husband are extremely kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment is incredibly charming. Guests have access to the garden throughout their stay. You can pet the horses, chickens, and a cat. There is a magnificent (vegetarian) breakfast with many homemade products, including jam made from fruit from their own garden. Questions are answered very quickly. We had a great stay and can recommend the accommodation without exception.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was friendly, professional, and always quick to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

Lucienne welcomed us in a very friendly way. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib. We had a lovely stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The place was exactly as it is in the photos. We arrived to find the house in a perfect location, spotless and with breakfast waiting for us! Marjon was a wonderful host ! Always eager to help us in all our needs and enquiries!

I was looking for a place for my friend where we can have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything can be reached on foot or by bike. We'd love to come back again 😍
