Cozy little summerhouse on stunning natural grounds with good views at the top of a hill up in the canopy of trees. Located within walking distance to Ebeltoft's cobbled streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up the forest, golf course and mountain bike routes. There are several different beaches that are easily reached either by foot, bike or by car. The house is newly renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fire pit and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with ample opportunity for shelter.

A round wooden hot tub is situated on a grassy area surrounded by lush evergreen shrubs. Steps lead up to the tub, which features a cover resting atop it. A chimney is positioned nearby, suggesting a cozy outdoor experience.

Charming and cozy cottage by Ebeltoft

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. Nice enclosed garden with lawn and wilderness bath. The house has a bright kitchen/living room in open connection with the living room. From the living room there is access to cozy south facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. The house has three rooms, two of them with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a bunk bed for two. Newer bathroom with shower. Heated with air to air heat pump complemented by wood-burning stove. It comes with some firewood. There are access to two good bikes - see photos, if necessary.

Right by the sea - bright and nice apartment (no. 11.1)

The 'View' apartment is just 150 metres from the sea and in the middle of the wonderful countryside right up to the National Park Mols Mountains. The apartment is 60 m2 and is a self-contained apartment with a private entrance, as part of the private room at the Blushøygård Kursus and Holiday Center. The apartment overlooks all four corners of the world. From the cozy bright glass-karp in the living room there are sea views and views of the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmen's high, the region's highest point Kalesbakken and Blushøjgårds apple grove.

An outdoor dining area is presented on a wooden deck, featuring a table with six white chairs and a large umbrella for shade. A cozy blanket and a magazine are casually placed on the floor, alongside greenery that enhances the natural setting.

Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance to water

A holiday in our cozy, authentic summerhouse, is pure coziness. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for single-family) and contains atmospheric living room with heat pump and wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The sleeping arrangements of the house are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed- most suitable for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of older date, which has been continuously renovated.

A quaint summer house stands surrounded by trees, featuring large glass doors that open to a spacious deck. Comfortable seating is arranged on the deck, complemented by an umbrella for shade. A small fire pit is visible on the lawn, enhancing outdoor leisure.

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. Hear birds chirping and the roar of the sea as you sit with your coffee on the terrace. Let the kids explore the forest around the house, in search of Mikkel fox or the little squirrels. Find swimwear, beach toys, and paddleboards, walk 100 meters down the path in front of the house, and enjoy beach life. Warm your body in the sauna when you return to the house. Enjoy the crackle of the wood-burning stove as the evening falls and let yourself sink into the couch with a good book or knitting.

Samsø Guesthouse with wide sea view

Enjoy your holiday in this unique and quietly located cottage high in Mårup hills. There are sea views from all sides. You will be staying in the middle of nature with direct views of the Bus Valley, which is formed during the last ice age. With fields, horses, and cows as the nearest neighbor. The only road up here is the 1.3 km gravel road that goes through the courtyard of our neighbor and on up to our summerhouse and the neighbors in the two summer houses at the end of the road. Shopping and the beach at Mårup harbor is 2.5 km away.

In addition, the sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padelbane. There is outdoor large playground, tennis courts, mini golf as well as mountain bike course..etc.

The holiday home is located in the beautiful and popular "Øer Maritime Ferieby" 4 km from Ebeltoft, so there is not far to experiences in the old, charming town with its small fine shops and eateries. The home appears brand new and 2021 was the first year it was used for rental. The apartment is arranged over 2 floors, and with terrace areas on both sides of the home, there are good opportunities to enjoy the sun and outdoor life.
