Our apartment, 40 square meters, is located on the south-facing terrace facing the garden, with an unobstructed view of the nature of our private house on the edge of the forest. Exclusive use of the terrace for guests and free parking on the property. Our apartment on the lake pond is characterized by the walking distance to Hünfeld city center with good infrastructure. This includes numerous shopping opportunities. The immediate proximity to the Hünfelder leisure activities such as the Haselsee, the outdoor swimming pool, the Bürgerpark, the tennis facilities as well as the indoor swimming pool, etc. make your stay a relaxation. The historic baroque town of Fulda, as well as the Hessian Kegelspiel and the Hochrhön are worth exploring at 10-30 km.

In the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, you will find the newly renovated vacation home, also known as “Hühnerhuis” in family circles. Here you can experience unique sunrises. If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. Among other things, alpaca hikes are possible directly in the village. Just ask us about excursion destinations and we will be happy to help you. Pets are not allowed.

Little Village House

A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

A unique house for unique days... ... with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It's in the big garden. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It consists of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Whirlpool/hot tub for a fee!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
