Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. Network cables in all rooms, very good Wi-Fi on each floor, desks in each room and a large attic also allow very good remote working.

There you can explore the beautiful cathedral,the great old town and many other beautiful excursion destinations.
