Monthly Rentals in Odzun

Harmik’s place is a beautiful little country house, with all the amenities needed for a wholesome getaway in the countryside, easy to get to and with plenty of nature around.

We enjoyed the two weeks we stayed in this apartment. Communication was always quick and good, which is nice. The apartment is fully equipped. The bed is good and the temperature is also nice in the summer (it doesn't get too hot inside). Please note that there are no curtains so you can wake up early from the light. Soon we felt completely at home there and it was the base of day trips in the area. Soonwe t righ The apartment is quietly located in a village where there is really not much to do. You really need a car to explore the area and to get to the accommodation at all. For us this was not a problem. We liked the fact that the locals soon start to recognize you and are always a bit surprised that you are there. For some better groceries, the center of Alaverdi is nearby.

The apartment is great and has everything you need, it's an excellent option for those who want to relax, the owner is always ready to help you!

We‘re very happy about our stay here. The friendly host did install a very good internet connection (120-160mbps) and the location is very peaceful. Much nature around. Any time we needed help, Saren quickly found a solution. Recommended 5/5
