Beautiful location with great amenities for our family of 4. Good location within Orischot, playgrounds for the kids, good kitchen for cooking, and plenty of beds. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Caroline's place for a weekend away with friends. The house is absolutely beautiful: fantastic kitchen, large living room, great beds and showers. The heated pool was lovely on Sunday morning, after an evening out in Breda (just 15 min away by car).

Thank you John for hosting us. Very beautiful neighborhood, loved the indoor and outdoor flowers and living room is amazing. Would love to come back if it happens I will be in this area.

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. A very cozy spacious holiday home with a very large garden. A good base for hiking and cycling there. It is an added value that you can put the bikes in a storage room. With small children, it's worth paying attention to the two small ponds The trampoline could use a covering edge and the swing may also need to be replaced. The petanque court is very nice.

We have completely relaxed in this beautiful house and more than 10 seats in the gardens around it. After a good night's sleep in a super dark bedroom, just feed the chickens and collect eggs. A round around the house and today we will have brunch on the terrace. The sun is shining and we are sunbathing on the sunbeds, alternating with a dip in the pool. We attach the pizza oven and eat the homemade pizza at the long picnic table under the fruit trees. The day ends with him at eight o'clock on the sofa, looking at the fireplace and a good cup of freshly ground coffee, brewed at exactly the right strength. Need I say more? Thank you Helena and Martin! Ten out of ten.

It's very nice that there are already a few things present! In the kitchen there were already coffee filters and even coffee! Some spices, dish soap, plenty of toilet paper! Wonderful garden with plenty of seating, nice log cabin with an extra fridge and outside an extra shower/toilet building. In the house there is an air conditioner, which is very pleasant on a hot day! Sophia is very easy to reach and very friendly! All in all, we had a wonderful weekend with 10 people!

A fantastic house, with plenty of space, with separate playroom for the children, at the edge of the forest. Large dining table: when can you enjoy a meal and each other with 12 or even a few more, at 1 table? We love the fireplace and the fire bowl outside. Wonderful that we could dive into made beds and communication with host went well. All in all: Highly recommended!

The villa looks even more impressive than in the photos. There was enough space for our large group. Our dogs were also very pleased with the huge garden. Patrick was easily accessible and always responded quickly.

The most incredible stay in Baarlo! We loved every minute of it and especially the sauna. Renee was lovely, helpful and was a great host. We hope to be back one day.

Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

La Marquise is a truly beautiful property that meets all expectations. The house is equipped with every modern comfort and features spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is a lovely place to relax, especially when the sun is out. A nice extra is that next to the garden there are two small mountain goats that occasionally come to look around the corner curiously, although they stay behind a fence. Host Nicole is incredibly friendly and helpful; she responds quickly to messages and makes you feel right at home. We will definitely come back here!

We really had a lovely weekend in this great house. The 3 kids (2, 3 and 6 years) had a great time with all the toys that could be found inside and outside. And what a peace in the woods with the whistling birds and squirrels around us. Everything looked neat and clean. Furthermore, the house was equipped with all the comforts.

This accommodation is located in a small holiday park, yet the apartments are very idyllically located with a private garden. An apartment has a jacuzzi that is heated with wood (takes about 3 hours to let in water and get to temperature). But it's always worth it, we spent every night in it. Each apartment has a slightly more comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two quite small (relatively cramped) rooms where in principle only the beds can be accommodated. However, it is completely sufficient for sleeping. The apartment with jacuzzi has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. We stayed for breakfast in one of the two apartments with 10 people, which went without problems at the large dining table. 2 grills were also provided. Everything was great, we would come back again. But you definitely need a car, as you can only get on by bus to a limited extent.

We loved the house and it was perfect for your visit. The location was great for visiting Utrecht and our kids loved the pool

We have had no luck with the weather so we have not been able to enjoy the exceptional possibilities that were offered But we found the owners and their children very friendly and helpful Furthermore the house has everything areas and it has been neat and tidy Highly recommended but come with good weather!

Nice house that lent itself well for a cosy game weekend! Beautiful and spacious; the only thing we missed were an oven dish and a cutting board, but otherwise the cottage had everything we needed. Communication with hosts went smoothly and pleasantly. Would definitely return here!

A place where you quickly feel at home, nice decor and what is full of nice things for young and old: toys and swing, a trampo and BBQ in the garden, a cinema in the living room, a really mancave;-) in the front room, nice kitchen, great beds. Nice and spacious so you can also go your own way. Very chill. And many fun things nearby: a lake, Zutphen, boat sailing, Castle route, climbing forest/go-kart track, etc. Recommended!
