Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Odda Municipality

We had a wonderful stay here. A prime location being 10 minutes or so from Trolltunga which was why we were there. The view from the home was incredible and just felt magical. Check in was super simple and Stine communicated really well. The home itself was perfect for what we needed - upstairs contained the kitchen and living space which was big, light and was clean. It also had a balcony which looked out over the fjord. Downstairs had the bedroom which had a super comfy bed and pillows - exactly what was needed after a day of hiking! The bathroom with a shower was also downstairs. The only negative was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a lot of hair in the shower, on the floor and in the sink. Other than that, the stay was beautiful and I’d definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft bei einem weiteren Besuch in Odda wieder auswählen 😊

If you want the most spectacular views of the fjord and town, you should definitely stay here! It was the perfect place to stay when we hiked Trolltunga. Olaf was an excellent host, and we’d stay here again for sure.

The house is warm and offers breathtaking views. It is well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location is just a 10-minute drive from Trolltunga and close to Odda. Our host, Airin, provided us with a warm welcome and was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent here and hope to visit again in the future.

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på tinghuset. Fantastisk beliggenhet, vi fikk muligheten til å bade fra bryggen og sole oss. Det var kort vei til Rosendal. Vi kommer absolutt tilbake til denne plassen. Tusen takk for oss.

Das Haus ist sehr modern renoviert und schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage am See war super ruhig und perfekt zum abschalten. Uns hat es dort gefallen, allerdings könnte das Haus an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Liebe vertragen. Die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super und er hat schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert.

This place is extraordinary. We felt right at home at Stina’s house and enjoyed the quiet, beautiful surroundings. Its location makes it great to enjoy both outdoor acitivities and Bergen, since it’s easy to reach by car. We absolutely loved it and it was hard to leave.

We loved our stay. This place is very spacious — nice open living room / kitchen area, comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous porch. It is almost unbelievable that from the porch, you have a view of the Tjornadalsfossen (waterfall) across the lake and Strandsfossen (waterfall) is practically in the backyard. And the hike to Jordalsnuten, which starts basically at the end of this Airbnb’s driveway, is so great! The view from the porch also includes some other items (a shed with lots of wood, a snowmobile, some machinery). We also had a car so it was easy to get to this place. We loved this place and would certainly come back.

Beautifully updated and comfortable. It was conveniently located near Odda and super close to Trolltunga. The hosts gave great advice on local restaurants and parking for Trolltunga. They were also friendly and helpful.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ici ! Brit est une hôte accueillante et bienveillante, la communication a été très fluide. Le logement est très bien équipé, meublé et décoré avec soin. Noorwegen in een notendop. De airbnb is fantastisch. schitterend uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gunnar en Reidun zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen met het hart op de juiste plaats. In Zuid Noorwegen hebben we zeker prachtige plekken bezocht, toch was Herand een plaats waar wij geen genoeg van konden krijgen. voor de boodschappen kun je prima terecht bij Herald Handel, een supermarkt met een vriendelijke eigenaresse en waar je zowel binnen als buiten koffie/ ijs kan nuttigen. we hebben in Herand kajaks gehuurd. fantastisch om er te peddelen. ook een tocht met een rib boat vanuit Nordheimsund was top. als afsluiter hebben we er een kerkdienst bezocht. het is een absolute aanrader om voor langere tijd bij Gunnar en Reidun te verblijven.

Het appartement was erg schoon en netjes. Alles wat nodig is was ruimschoots aanwezig. Het bed was prima. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement en vanuit de tuin is erg mooi. Het weer zat niet erg mee maar gelukkig zijn er heel veel wandelingen en hikes te maken in de omgeving, ook bij slecht weer. Bjorn en zijn echtgenote waren erg snel met hun reacties en heel vriendelijk en waar nodig behulpzaam. Ik kan het verblijf hier iedereen aanraden!

We have stayed in Bergrid's house for two days and enjoyed it very much. It is in a quite area, looking out over one of the inlets of the Hardangerfjord. There is a nice waterfall close by. With good weather you have good places to enjoy outside. Stores and restaurants are a bit further away, so get some supplies when you're on the way. The house itself has everything you need and there is sufficient privacy. You do hear some walking going on the higher floor, but not on an annoying level. We do recommend to stay here!

Auf einem Roadtrip zu viert durch Norwegen haben wir hier einen Zwischenstopp gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, die Kommunikations war top und das Einchecken sehr einfach. Wir finden es hier in Norwegen toll, wie hoch die Vertrauensbasis beim buchen der Unterkunft ist und dass die Gastgeber auch viele Sachen zur Mitbenutzung da lassen. Hier bei John gab es viele nützliche Sachen, die wir ebenfalls benutzen durften.

We had a great stay at Teresa's. The location was very beautiful, close to Odda, and the house clean. She was a very responsive and gracious host. We had a situation where we had to leave early and she was very understanding. It is a great place to stay when going to hike Trolltunga.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns in der Unterkunft auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Diese ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Blick auf den Fjord ist wunderschön und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir uns einfach das Kayak nehmen durften und die besondere Gastfreundlichkeit von Trude und Bjørn.

Een prachtig en ruim appartement. Het is een zeer goede uitvalsbasis om Bergen te bezichtigen, met handige tips die we van de host ontvingen. Een zeer gastvrije host, waarmee de communicatie zeer soepel verliep.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. The Airbnb was spotless and the kitchen had every utensil you could need. The beds were so comfortable too! The views right outside the Airbnb were breathtaking. The Airbnb is a short distance to downtown Flåm - perfect location for anyone trying to explore this area. Finally, Anna’s hospitality was top notch - we felt right at home the moment we arrived! Thank you Anna for being such a spectacular host! I give this Airbnb and Anna my highest recommendation.

Flott liten leilighet med god utsikt, fint plassert i forhold til skitrekket. Mulig å gå til trekket, men kan fort bli litt svett av gåturen😅 Leiligheten hadde alt vi som en gruppe på 3 voksne kunne hatt behov for. Anbefales videre!

Veldig kjekk og fin leilighet, var akkurat som visst på bildene. Her var det virkelig fantastisk utsikt og gode senger😊 Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold og kommer gjerne tilbake ved en annen anledning.

L’apartament de Mira és genial per poder gaudir de Voss i dels seus voltants. Ens hem allotjat dos adults, una xiqueta i un bebé i ens hem sentit com a casa. A l’apartament no li falta detall, és perfecte. Mira va ser molt atenta i ens va deixar una trona per a la nostra bebé així com també ens va dir que qualsevol cosa que poguérem necessitar li ho fèrem saber que ella vivia molt prop. Vam tindre un problema a l’entrada de l’apartament (culpa nostra) i en menys de 5 minuts va vindre per solucionar-ho. Estem molt agraïts amb el tracte rebut per part de Mira. Tant Voss com els seus voltants són espectaculars, recomanem passar almenys tres dies per aquesta bonica zona.
