Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. The downstairs unit in a three unit vacation paradise in beautiful Carlsbad, California! Just one block from the beach! Rinse off in the outdoor shower and then take a short half mile walk to restaurants, bars, shops and sweets. A highly desirable Carlsbad location. Enjoy great surf and beach living! There may be people staying above you in the upstairs unit. Private downstairs unit with a shared patio-no stairs!

This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.
