We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

We spent 5 beautiful days in Krems. Matthias made a significant contribution to this. He gave us so many tips and suggestions that we just have to come back again ;o). The apartment is bright, friendly, very clean and quiet. Many details have been thought of in the amenities. We immediately felt very much at home.

The kitchen features a combination of wooden cabinetry and modern appliances. A washing machine is visible alongside a refrigerator, with ample storage space provided by shelves. A sleek countertop offers a functional area for meal preparation, illuminated by soft, ambient lighting.

A very well located place, next door to some very excellent coffee. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well organised and there was an actual freezer and big fridge. The apartment did get quite warm as we were there on two 29 degrees days but everything else was great. Thoughtful and tastefully decorated and the little lounge room was great to chill out in. There’s a market to enjoy on Saturday mornings and you are right near pedestrian mall. A great base for wine visits!

The space was perfect for the eight of us friends to celebrate New Year's Eve. It has four excellent rooms with very comfortable double beds and a shared balcony. There is a roof terrace and a garden. The house is neatly renovated and very clean. The view of the beautiful vineyards is fantastic. Landlady Karin was very friendly and helpful, she was always available.

Very cozy place in the middle of an amazing location. Not too far from a cute little ski resort „Jauerlinh“. Apartment is very well equipped and the 2 bedrooms are very cozy and comfy. The only improvement I would suggest is related to the heating. There is floor heating but it takes couple of days to make the whole place warm, especially in cold winter days.

The home also has Wi-Fi, which should be mentioned in the future. The owner, Mr. Fries, is a very warm host. The house left nothing to be desired. Everything is consistent, here and there the devices are a bit outdated, but again functional and intact. The garden is lovely, the house very spacious. I'm sure we'll be back!
