It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that is always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

The house is just as shown in the photos, we had a very pleasant stay, and everything is very spacious, the rooms were quite large and we settled in very well, fully-equipped kitchen and we spent a lot of time at the pool and foosball tables, since there are not many houses around we had no problem making a lot of noise with the music, we would possibly come back at some point

It is a very comfortable house to spend time with the family in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. All the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are next to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable. The area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the subdivision, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

This is the second time we have stayed here, we will definitely return because it is a beautiful house, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing I would say is the mattresses, they are not so comfortable, they already feel deformed. But in general, the place is worth it for a quiet weekend.

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener gets a 10, super attentive, everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything gets a 100!!!

For those of us who want to be close to nature, this place is a paradise. It's amazing to see peacocks in the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to a lot of flora and fauna that surround the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us all about the place and the great effort that has been made and is being made to maintain it. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we became friends immediately. I really liked the place. It is large and is in a quiet and private area. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole house was clean. Ariane was friendly and quick to respond.

Casa Tezo is an excellent option to rest for a few days and get out of the routine. Maryel was always very nice and with Mrs. Karina they were always aware. The house is a very good size and there is everything to be able to cook and not have to go out to anything. The pool is delicious and with the barbecue outside it was functional enough to enjoy the outdoor food. No doubt in the first opportunity we are going back to rest at home Tezo. 😊

My family and I spent 8 blissful days at Guido’s Cuernavaca cottage. This turned out to be one of those truly standout Airbnb experiences, one we deeply appreciated. The cottage and garden are simple but striking. Really, we barely left the house. We could not get enough of it. It had one of those peaceful, tranquil feelings to it that you rarely find anywhere, a sort of stillness that did not make you feel anything but peaceful joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Lilia and Guido were exceedingly accommodating and we liked meeting Toto, who manages the garden with a great deal of dedicated and care. We enjoyed nighttime meals around the large table and tea made from the leaves of the plants in the garden. The kitchen seemed to have everything we could possibly need to cook. We loved the jam and hibiscus water that Lilia left for us. And the beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely choose this home again and again.

As favorable points, I highlight the friendliness and attention of the host, as well as the cleanliness and location of the house, which is very close to the walking center. As points of improvement: the pool does not have a boiler and the water was too cold; they do not leave the pool filter on and if the water gets cloudy, you have to call the host to take the filter; there is only one bathroom inside the house and the toilet tank took a long time to fill; the lounge chairs sink, without super uncomfortable.

Excellent rest house, large pool with enough to spend a good weekend, although we did not use it, it has a grill and the garden is huge, close to the center to go out to buy food and prepare in the house, although we tried to order food at home, it was not possible, they did not answer and some phones told us out of service.

The house is excellent, very nice. The industrial style combines very well with the environment, simple but elegant. The location is very good, quite close to downtown Tepoz. Teresa is always attentive to everything and very helpful. I liked that there are "Uber Eats" type delivery people and they take everything to the house. The privacy and calm in the place is excellent to relax and get away from the city. In short, highly recommended

Very spacious house, matches the photos, the green areas are very large and pleasant to be in, the climate is very pleasant, the pool is at the right temperature, Mr. Jose, who takes care of the house, is very friendly and always attentive, I would definitely return.

From the moment we arrived they gave us precise instructions to get there, they were attentive to us the whole time, the house was super clean, the cleaning lady was very friendly, everything was very clean and the place was super quiet.

The house is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, my family and I were delighted and we definitely want to come back. The property is huge, Ismael and his wife live there, and they were always attentive to us (in case we had any orders from the store). Raul and the others were always kind and their response was always immediate. It's true that it requires a little maintenance, but they're small things, nothing that would prevent us from enjoying or resting. The barbecue area is amazing, the court is amazing, the pool is amazing, the spaces are amazing! If we have the chance to visit again, we won't miss it!

Lorena always responded to messages in a timely manner, and Alicia was very kind to provide an accessible arrival. The accommodation is amazing; actually, the photos don't do it justice. Although our visit coincided with the rainy season, we were able to enjoy the pool at times. We had some problems that we shared privately with Lorena, who was very attentive and assertive in providing us with a solution.
