Apartment vacation rentals in Oak View

Our stay was very pleasant!! Elena was responsive from the get go! I had inquired about having two dogs and she was very accommodating to our requests and helped make the trip so easy. The Airbnb was beautiful and clean and was exactly how it was described! The area was very private and peaceful and you can literally walk to the beach in less than a minute. I would definitely stay here again!

Great overall place to stay and location is great and not far from freeway, lots of stores and food close to place. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Place includes everything that’s needed which was useful. Bigger fridge is out of service but you get a smaller fridge which worked great for us and the small food we had. Bed was comfortable and tv worked fine. Heater & fan was nice to have right by the bed. Bathroom shower is next to toilet but isn’t necessarily closed off so the water gets close to the toilet which we didn’t love. we ended up buying a small bathroom Mat to keep the water from going everywhere after we got out of the shower. Does get a little humid after showering but the ceiling fan helps too & window does open in bathroom to let air in. Light fan is available too but didn’t feel it helped a lot at first. Overall I felt we had a good stay & it was quiet/ pleasant during the time we were there. I would only mention it could be cleaned and dusted a little more.

We had a wonderful multi-week stay at Perry Perch. It is a beautiful unit with a sun-filled living room/kitchen area that we particularly loved. The location is perfect — close to State Street and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Highly recommend!

The loft is exactly as described and surrounded by so many charming places to eat, shop, and relax. Paul has created an efficient and lovely loft. Oliver is super responsive, and all the instructions were very clear. It's near the freeway, so you can pop over to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria in 10 minutes. There is a bit of freeway noise, so earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. But at night, it's a mix of ocean waves and light freeway hum, so it served as white noise for me to sleep really well on the comfy bed. A great location with great hosts!

Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

We loved staying here!!! It was like a pristinely maintained apartment from the early 1960s…just magical. And the location can’t be beat! Steps from the beach, the Funk Zone, and State Street shopping. It was immaculately clean, and the responsiveness was lightning fast when we had questions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent a week here and would absolutely stay again. We loved how clean and spacious the place was, and it’s in a great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. The beds were comfy, linens and towels were super nice, and they even had beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs to borrow. As others mentioned, parking in the back is a little tight (but you get used to it quickly and there’s street parking if needed), and you can hear a little traffic from the highway at night (but that’s what earplugs are for). Other than that, we felt right at home and taken care of. Highly recommend booking!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I heard my daughters say this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in—and I completely agree! The place was spotless, everything was high quality, and we made full use of the fantastic amenities. Hosts Michael and Anita were incredibly responsive and shared all the helpful information in advance. We actually ended up spending more time enjoying the property than sightseeing. This will definitely be our must-stay on any future trips to California!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Santa’s lovely apartment while in town for our son’s wedding. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very private. The location was beautiful and minutes away from Santa Barbara and all the other towns in the surrounding area. Santa was responsive and very accommodating. I 100% recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

We booked a stay for my in-laws. They raved about their stay and said they were ready to book all future stays at Jackson Market. The studio is beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable. Nicholas was extremely responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from downtown Culver City. The courtyard is serene and beautiful, with plenty of seating. The market is both delicious and convenient for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We will be booking all our family's stays at Jackson Market going forward! Thank you Fawaz and Nicholas for a lovely stay.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Maddi responded quickly. House was very comfortable and well located near East Beach. There was a handy small market nearby. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Great comfortable space, safe and within a short walk to seafood and the beach.
