Beach condo vacation rentals in Oak Island

We very much enjoyed Kathlyn & Chris’s place! It was a perfect space for my husband, 9 month old and myself. Literally across the street from the beach and the complex pool was lovely. Not far from restaurants. We would stay here again.

The beautiful balcony, space just as expected, responsive host, and all the essentials already there made our first family of 3 vacation with our little boy very enjoyable! We loved ordering dinner and eating on the patio to watch the sunset. The pool is clean and perfect after a day at the beach!

Beautiful condo- clean, well stocked and comfy beds. We loved having the option to go back and forth from beach to pool, so everyone was happy!! The storage closet has everything you need for a great beach day. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and night. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations on the area. Already planning our trip for next year!! Great place for families!! Thank you!!

We had a great stay here. Clean and welcoming condo. Communication from the host was exceptional. You're right on the beach! Beautiful views. Some construction going on around the building.

We loved Amber’s condo. It was spotless and had every amenity you could want in a beach house. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, and we felt right at home. This was definitely one of our favorite beach houses and we would absolutely visit again!

This was a great beach vacation for our family. Stuart was fantastic with all communication. He made sure we were settled in and we knew that he was readily available if we needed anything! We will be staying here again in the future!

This place is a gem. Perfect for a family getaway or a quiet place alone. The beach area was perfect even though it said stay away from alligators we saw none. We were able to hunt for seashells and found so many pretty ones. We also dipped into the water to cool off. We are not pool people, but we saw many enjoying it. The dock looks new and lots of boats stopped to cast in. The room was very clean up-to-date. We have it on our calendar to book again next year for Dance Machine Nationals!

We loved our stay and Jeanna was very responsive throughout the stay if we needed her. The place was very cozy and clean! It was walking distance to a public entry way to the beach, the boardwalk, stores, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay again! 10/10!

This place was nice, and the pool was pretty great. Having two balconies was really useful. There were some minor annoyances, but nothing that the host would really have control over, so I can't ding them for anything.

this place was everything that we had hoped it would be. only complaint is we are not pet people and this place obviously was very pet friendly. the host is amazing with responding to every request politely and timely. we will definitely be staying with them again especially if they have a no pets property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

This was the prefect place for a quick weekend getaway! Host was very easy to communicate with and had a lovely home to stay in! Close access to several public beach access along with the pool! Definitely will be going back in the future again!

Great location! We enjoyed how close this condo is to the boardwalk while being far enough to have a quieter stay. Great place for a couple or small family to enjoy with their beach-loving pup.

I stayed in this first floor condo with my husband and our dog over the weekend and it was perfect. It’s in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that felt very safe, and it’s just a few minutes from the beach. I really appreciated the basket of essentials that were provided since I forgot to bring my own shampoo and conditioner. My dog also loved having a comfy bed and bowls provided for her :) I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean, clear instructions for our stay, free parking just across the street. We really loved our time on the extra large balcony with oceanfront view! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room! We’d love to come back!!

Location was perfect! We loved having direct access to an ocean view. Very easy walk to the beach each day. The condo was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here - there were 9 of us and plenty of space! First off, the host was amazing and communicated well ensuring our check in was seamless. The elevator was super helpful considering the unit was on the 3rd floor and we hauled a lot of stuff with us. Secondly, the place was very clean and had all the necessities plus additional if needed (towels, blankets, pillows, etc.). Beds were extremely comfortable and the area was pretty quiet that getting good rest wasn’t a problem. Lastly, the house is conveniently located about 5 min from the beach and 10 min from the boardwalk on foot. The view is also stunning whether you are relaxing in the enclosed patio in the back or the rocking chairs in the front porch. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Carolina Beach!

My partner and I are two dogs stayed for the second time and had so much fun. It’s a small very cute space but it was perfect for us for a weekend getaway. Kevin and Jordan were very responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Hands down the most adorable spot in CB! Squeaky clean, beautiful touches, the most comfortable beds (!), and amazing view. So many details that made our stay even better: koozies, tumblers, ice in freezer, water filter, and so much more! One of great things is that it’s somehow in the middle of everything but not in the chaos. Stayed in summer and noise was not an issue for us. And everything felt safe. Kerie was so responsive and helped with a few issues quickly and kindly. Highly recommend!

Great condo. Spacious, clean, updated, convenient. Cliff was very responsive to our questions and provided clear instructions.

A.J. was a great host and his condo is beautiful! The unit is a short distance from the parking lot and was very accessible for my father who uses a walker. He was able to see us on the beach and the pool from the balcony, which also has an amazing view. The distance to the beach is a very short walk from the condo. The Xanadu II is very well maintained and housekeeping was up early every morning cleaning the pool area and lobby which always smelled nice. I can’t wait to come back again!

This is our 4th year staying at the Sandlot. It seems like home to us. We love the place. Graden has always been very responsive to any need we have had. I am sure we will be back.
