The structure and basic furniture were handmade, from the stairs to the lights in the open space, made of the old doors and bee’s wax. The swimming pool was built from an old granite water tank with a view from the river just up to the sea. Casinha da Levada T1, Peneda-Gerês National Park

Casas da Levada are family houses designed and created to provide comfort, conviviality, well-being and unforgettable moments of great tranquility. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to four people +2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to two people.

It consists of a shared pool with the main house - open from June to September; and a barbecue for exclusive use. In addition, two medium-sized dogs (Kawa and Hachi) also live in the garden. So, at Casa Barros, we welcome animal lovers! Its extensive garden is perfect for the most active!

Froufe Farmhouse

The house of "Sítio de Froufe" is located in Lugar de Froufe, in the parish of S. Miguel between both rivers in the municipality of Ponte da Barca, geographically within the territory of the Peneda Gerês National Park. What is now the "Sítio de Froufe" was for many years used as a shelter for animals and storage for agricultural products.
