A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Kitchen featuring Bosch utilities including washing machine and dishwasher, double oven. Microwave available. Breakfast bar. Bathroom has bath with overhead shower. One double bed and open plan sitting room/ conservatory including dining area. Patio doors to decking and private back garden.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

It is well located for the airport and railway station, with bus stops to the city centre or Winchester on the road just outside. An electric charging point is available.
