The apartment is old and could use some TLC but value for money. Well appointed apartment with everything you need. Great location near train, bus and walkable to great restaurants in BA. Swimming pool was nice during those steamy afternoons. Staff very attentive to requests. We had a great time. Close to local markets and washing machine is always appreciated. Thanks to Carolina.

The stay was impeccable, the place is nicer than what you see in the photos. It's very comfortable and very quiet. You can walk out with many options nearby, and having parking is a huge plus. The apartment is beautiful! Perfect location. Clean, warm and super equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay and feel at home. It has a beautiful balcony terrace with city views. I'd like to highlight Alejandro's kindness and willingness. We are very grateful to him, as he responded quickly to our needs, and was flexible at check-in and check-out. Our trip to Buenos Aires was for medical studies and we felt very comfortable. I recommend it and of course we'll be back. Thank you Alejandro for having us!

A beautiful place, a very nice apartment, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly, the area is magnificent, two blocks from the subway, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal, you don't hear the noise from the street. Analia, great host, totally recommended

Beautiful and comfortable house in Pasillo. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always a place to park. Maria is very helpful and friendly. Safe place and well lit at night. We loved it. Super recommended.

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
