Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Nubs Nob

We couldn’t have asked for a better fall weekend up north. The colors were fabulous and the lake was gorgeous. Ben and Alessia’s cottage is wonderful and has a prime location on the lake. They had all amenities that we could ask for in the cottage. All the beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. The fire pit outside was great to have a bonfire too. Everything was so nice and clean and there was easy access to whatever we needed. We had no complaints about anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation up north!

This is probably the most peaceful place we have stayed thus far. Between the nightly bonfires & a cozy wood fire sauna we felt like we were at a spa. The house & design are exactly to our taste. I absolutely love the polished concrete floor! It was meticulously clean & the kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of cooking. Also John & Lauren were very responsive & helpful when we had a question about the sauna. Usually at the end of vacation I’m ready to go home but we could’ve stayed another week easily.

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

Exactly as pictured and was very well equipped with what we needed (bring ground coffee). We took advantage of the private beach club - what a gem! I can see this being a great spot for all seasons. The only thing (which is out of the control of the owners) is that you’ll definitely hear your neighbors upstairs and on the deck. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

a very peaceful and fun getaway for a family. Plenty of beds for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with many spices to cook and be able to use for our stay. Loved exploring up north here

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The home is huge, with plenty of rooms that gave everyone in our group space to spread out and relax. Each bedroom was super comfortable, and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds — a welcome treat after long days exploring the area. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It’s clear the hosts care about their guests’ experience. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. Everything we needed — restaurants, shops, attractions — was just a short drive (or even walk) away. Whether you’re traveling with family or a larger group of friends, this place hits the sweet spot for space, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely stay again!

Tressia was a great host who was quick to communicate, proactive and helpful. When the cleaning was completed she reached out immediately to let us check in early. We were also allowed to have a later check out since the availability worked out. The residence was larger than expected and comfortably accommodated our group of 7. We easily could have had more people. The residence was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable and warm. The decor is a 90s feel and could be updated but matches the charm of Northern Michigan. The condo above can be noisy with hearing footsteps so light sleepers beware or plan to sleep on the ground floor instead. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience and the location right on the slopes was the best I've had in skiing in Michigan. We would stay again!

Connie's place is a lovely space for 1-2 people. Plenty of room to get around the condo and everything was up to date. The decor was very lovely providing a sense of peace and calm. I enjoyed the nature surroundings as well. Thank you Connie.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Boyne Mountain. Great place, comfortable beds and a nice area to hang out outside.

Second time staying at Roberts place. It was perfect the first time and perfect the second time. Well laid out condo, with many thoughtful amenities. Parking is great too.....right next to the door. We will be back for sure!

I’m not sure I’m the correct rater for this review. Todd was a peach, there are some things left to be desired if you’re vacationing, though I’m sure those wouldn’t matter then. I 3 month’d it here and it was nice. I had a few issues, he was easily accessible. No cleaning fee is nice. The large paragraph welcome text was necessary and appreciated. I think it’s a great place for a weekend or short trip; extended stay wise also good if you can adapt. (Travel nurses) Don’t know the daily rate but off season monthly rate is definitely worth it. You can bring your own appliances, there is a reasonable amount of storage. Came prestocked. Again I’m not the best reviewer of a vacation property. 10/10 points for the pride welcome mat.

What a wonderful place to have a great ski weekend. The house had everything that we needed. I felt like the kitchen was very well stocked. They did a great job of communicating. I felt as though the instructions were clear and they were very specific.

We loved our stay at "the cabin!" Lots of room and personalized space for those who wanted it. Good bathroom space and really appreciated the laundry and kitchen areas.

We stay in a lot of Air bnb's for work, this was one of the nicest places. But, the best thing was the host. He was very nice, and was great with all communications. Thank you

Any of their cabins are great just know it's a hike or shuttle ride to the lifts

The condo was clean, cozy and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Boyne mountain resort had to offer. It was only a short walk across the parking lot to the Boyneland lift which made it so easy to go back for food, dry gloves or a short rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great family ski weekend! The location right next to the slopes was great, as we had a few small children and could easily come and go. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and felt spacious yet cozy. We hope to be back!

Fran’s listing was very clean, and fit all of our needs. Lots of extra blankets, had really nice warmers in the bedrooms downstairs… very clean. I asked a lot of questions, and Fran was so quick to respond every time. Incredibly hospitable. She is the best host I’ve worked with yet. Thank you so much for hosting our family/group for a wonderful ski weekend… we will be back !

We truly loved Jennifer's house! It was cozy, super clean, free of knick-knacks, soft sheets and well-appointed. The house had oodles of thoughtful touches to make our stay even more comfortable. I appreciate the "little" things - like enough bathroom hooks, a place to put your luggage, fans, games, extra blankets, touristy literature about the area, a stocked kitchen - Jennifer had them all, plus some! Host had excellent communication and speedy response times. She is well organized and it shows! We would definitely return.
