Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Novato

Jim and Ann were great hosts!! Their house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing!! We played tennis, ate outside, he gave us a tour. We felt eighth at home!! Thank you for the great stay!! We will be coming again!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed spending a long weekend at Cynthia’s house. It was comfortable for my family. We played a couple of rounds of pool. The early risers hung out in the converted garage in order to talk and not worry about disturbing the others.

This is an absolute gem of a place nestled in the redwoods. So close to everything yet so far away from the typical city noises and commotion. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. 15 min walk to downtown with amazing restaurants and shops. Close to Sausalito, Tiburon and SF. A tourist dream stay here with the Bay Area at your fingertips, or a wonderful staycation for locals. Look no further and worry not about your reservation or hosts. Parking can be a bit challenging with steep hills and narrow streets, but so worth negotiating this one small piece for the peace you will feel under a canopy of redwoods. Lots of space, clean, cozy fireplace, easy entry and has all you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals if desired. Hosts were wonderful and highly recommend a stay here! Thank you!!

Incredible location and perfect spot for our weekend in Fairfax! The house is less than a 5 min walk to the restaurants and bars, and the convenience makes it so worth it. The street outside was busy during the day but quiet at night, and we slept great every night. Highly recommend

My girlfriend (now fiance) and I loved this home. It was beautiful to wake up and look in the backyard and just see a vineyard everyday. Pretty much has anything and everything you could think about needing at a home! The grill and hot tub were great to use! We took this time to celebrate our anniversary while also getting engaged at a winery nearby. The drive to the town was short and there was a gas station just right before going in. The privacy of the location is great and really gave us that comfortable setting to where we could be ourselves.

Yeshi's home is a museum of colorful artwork from her travels around the world. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.

Beautiful place in a perfect location especially great during the summer. My family of four stayed there quite easily and the kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. We could actually get a number of meals cooked in there. There is a little bit of a sound proofing issue so make sure to be on the quieter side but probably the best deal in SF for summer!

PERFECT!!! That is the word I would use to describe Nitzas place. Everything from the request to the check out was perfect! Nitza is very responsive and friendly. I was given all the information I needed to get to our destination as well as recommendations before we even left for our trip! On the day of our trip Nitza pleasantly surprised us by offering an early check in which worked out GREAT for us because there is so much to look at and appreciate in Stinson beach ⛱️ This was our 10th anniversary and the location can't be beat! The beach, a snack bar and a few restaurants are only a hop, skip and a jump away! There is even a little market nearby for a quick essentials run. The place was beyond clean and neat and quiet and peaceful. The best thing there was the hammock room! OMG! We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. Great location. Easy walk to Whole Foods, Safeway and several restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Muir Woods, and Tamalpais State Park and easy drive to San Francisco. Multiple hikes are close by. The place is clean and comfortable. I would recommend Dawn’s place for a couple or individual, it would be tight for any more.

We loved staying in Mendez on Main. The apartment is beautiful; we enjoyed sitting on the porch, and we were able to walk to restaurants, wine tastings and shops downtown. We highly recommend and would definitely return!

We enjoyed our Father’s Day getaway filled with lots of family giggles, swimming, sun, and the best company. The home was relaxing and exclusive. We felt like we were in the Italian countryside paired with local Napa valley wine (who could ask for more?!) located near the heart of Napa and the best restaurants/grocery. We would love to come back soon!

Beautiful home, well kept and with an amazing outdoor area and pool. We stayed for a bachelorette and it was perfect! It is close to everything in Santa Rosa and close to wineries in the central and southern part of Sonoma county. We had some trouble with the oven in the kitchen but the hosts were very responsive and quick to send a handyman to fix it. Would recommend, especially if you’re looking to prioritize pool time with a big group!

We had a wonderful five-night stay! The house was spacious, had beautiful views, and comfortably accommodated our group. Jenny was responsive and kind, especially when helping me coordinate a return trip to retrieve an important prescription I had left behind. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home filled with beautiful artwork and creative touches that gives it a ton of personality. Every room has it's own charm as well as access to the garden-like outdoors. The beds are very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful setting. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely will be back. We were in a bind when the water went out and needing somewhere to stay that day. They allowed us immediate access to the property so that we could shower and clean up. This home is so perfect and a very relaxing place to be. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk in closet. Mattresses were definitely the nicest I’ve ever sleep in at an Airbnb. The kitchen is fully stocked, even has an espresso machine. The deck is very privet, has a patio dinning table and lots of seating. 15 minutes from wineries and 10 minutes from Safeway. We can’t wait to come back.
