Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.

We’ve used this location on 2 separate occasions for work trips. This place is absolutely amazing and makes the time away from home fly by with its beautiful views and amazing sunrises. The bbq and fire pit top off the evenings while you take in the amazing views of the lake. I highly recommend this host and location.

I would 100% stay here again! We were visiting New England under stressful circumstances and it was so comforting to be able to come back to a cozy and peaceful home base. The home was extremely clean. (I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because a few of the sofa bed linens were visibly dirty..not a very big deal-all of the ones already on the beds were perfect). The quarters are super charming as is the yard. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. We made full breakfasts, baked cookies, even grilled. With it being such an older property the host does a great job providing modern conveniences and comforts like USB charging in every room and air conditioning. We all enjoyed napping on the screen porch, playing cards in the kitchen, heading to Popovers cafe and the Beach Plum restaurants just 2 minutes away...and from this location we easily got to Portsmouth, Boston, Manchester, Newburyport and York Beach. I'm a stickler for details, like odors, lighting, cleanliness... no issues here!

Kira was a very responsive host. The description of the home was accurate we are sad that so much time was spent away at the wedding we were in the area for. The road to get to her home is a little rough but nothing the host can do about that. All in all beautiful spot!!!! Coffee on deck my favorite ❤️

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!
