Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville

We absolutely loved our stay in Manon's apartment! It had everything we needed and was really peaceful. It was very clean, and we really appreciated the bits that Manon left for us (milk, bread, pastries, butter, jam, juice, water etc.). We walked to the metro in 10 mins, which then only took a few mins to reach the centre of Rouen. The apartment has an Intermarche supermarket 1 min walk away. We would definitely recommend this place! One thing to note, if you're not from France, is that you need to order a Crit'Air sticker from the French Government website a few weeks before you go, as Rouen is a low emissions zone.

Accommodation located on the 4th floor without elevator, in the heart of downtown Rouen. Very clean accommodation, matches the photos, pleasant. I recommend it!

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly resolved by Anthony). Too bad there was a little delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

We were looking for an overnight stay in Rouen. Valerie’s apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and modern apartment in a quiet gated block. Valerie recommended we head to the Place du Vieux-Marche for bars and restaurants. Lots of choice and just a few stops away on the metro. Ideal for our short stay. Would recommend

We liked this apartment and everything was as described. Checkin with friendly Antoin was very easy at 3:00, and he was available all afternoon and evening if we needed anything, because he works at the bar at the ground floor of the building. The location is in the center of the pedestrian district, close to everything we wanted to visit. There was noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but no traffic noise. With earplugs and the windows closed we had silence and no problems sleeping. Highly recommend this place!

Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

The place is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos suggest! The place is large, nicely decorated, with many amenities (in the kitchen but also petanque court, ping pong...). Very convenient and suitable for 15 guests, our weekend went wonderfully well! I recommend it

Our stay at La Mésange Bleue was exactly as advertised—situated in a quiet, peaceful village, right at its edge, perfect for relaxing. The house comfortably accommodated our larger group with plenty of bedrooms. The host was very friendly and welcoming, promptly addressing any issues and ensuring we felt at home. The amenities provided matched the listing perfectly and were quite sufficient for our needs. The location was ideal for those seeking peace and quiet in the countryside, and also served as a great base for day trips to destinations like Paris and the coast, including Étretat. There are many nearby locations to explore too, though we preferred to travel by car. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend La Mésange Bleue for a relaxing group stay!

We had a great time. Everything is designed to make large families feel comfortable. Children were able to run freely in the field without parents worrying. The house is super equipped. Nothing is missing, including for babies. A very nice welcome basket with regional products was waiting for us when we arrived (nice touch!) And thanks to Eileen's many tips we were able to refuel and visit the surrounding area.

A charming old timber house in a surprisingly pretty part of Normandy. We were two couples with a small dog and had a lovely week there. Olivier is a kind and helpful host and was prepared to go out of his way to help us. The garden is very large and beautiful and perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon on the terrace .

This apartment was furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard. The quality of everything was exceptional. We were able to use a bus to get into town really easily. The development is brand new and very quiet. Highly recommended! Thank you Thomas

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

Great stay at Marina's, her apartment is spacious and in a good location. The decor is also nice.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It'll be at Swan's or nothing!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

No complaints about the two apartments I rented. Very well furnished, tasteful, it feels like home. I would definitely recommend it.
