Excellent food available in the atmospheric village pubs a short walk away where local musicians play twice weekly. For some culinary variety our neighbours run an award winning artisanal bakery/pizzeria/distillery.

Aldercroft Pod

Aldercroft Pod is a Luxury Glamping Pod situated in Inverinate, with views of Loch Duich and the 5 sisters of Kintail. The pod is 2.5 miles from Dornie and Eilean Donan Castle. We are 13miles from the Skye Bridge and Isle of Skye. Ideal base for hillwalking in Kintail and Glenshiel. The Pod is located in our garden space, around 25meters from the house but still very private and with a better view! We are located just off the A87 which is the (busy at times) main road to the Isle of Skye!

Kitchen fitted out with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 ring hob, fridge freezer. The living area has a sofa ,Smart TV with Netflix & Prime & other apps, use your own sign in. Heating, WiFi,and Alexa. 4G mobile signal. Nice decking area with table and chairs. Maximum of 2 guests not suitable for children.

Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.

Accommodating 2 guests with one double loft bedroom on the mezzanine level and an open plan living area downstairs. Ideal for couples, honeymooners, walkers, outdoor enthusiasts. A perfect cosy hideaway to relax in the peace and tranquility of our perfect little highland spot.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful.
