Vacation home at the castle

Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

This beautiful non-smoking penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential andcommercial building and is easily accessible by an elevator. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. An electric awning provides shade. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, sink, fridge with freezer compartment. Kettle, toaster and dishes. In the bedroom, a comfortable 160 cm double bed invites you to sleep. Shower bath, vanity, toilet and bidet are in the bathroom.

Welcome home - to our spacious and quiet granny apartment! It is about 80 square meters and is located on the upper floor with its own outside access. A glazed round arch opens onto the bright hallway. From here, it goes left into the living room, right into the bedroom. Both rooms are sunny, bright and welcoming. The modern daylight bathroom has a floor-level glass shower, vanity unit and toilet. The kitchen (16 sqm) is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Your 4-room with 105qm for up to 10 guests is dedicated to many famous artists and is located directly at Cologne (20-30Min) and the baroque castle Türnich directly at the nature reserve and the Erft canal. This invites you to hike. You also have a kitchen to cook and feast. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. For TV evenings there is a TV with Netflix. The bathroom with tub invites you to relax, the balcony with south side to chill.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. An ideal starting point for exploring the Kolpingstadt Kerpen, the metropolises Cologne (38 km) and Aachen (45 km) as well as the go-kart tracks of F1 legend Michael Schumacher (indoor and outdoor). The Phantasialand in Brühl is also recommended. When the weather allows you can relax in the garden and in the terrace. The accommodation is quite suitable for longer stays. Mobile work is of course possible.

Cozy, small cottage with 2 rooms

The cottage, which is independent of our house (we live right next door), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is the connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Backsteinhaus von 1925 in historischen Ortskern von Erftstadt-Lechenich. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses (2. OG) und ist sehr hell. Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.
