Absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage its self was gorgeous and the space inside was a really great lay out and very spacious! The cottage had everything we needed as-well as the little extras that were complimentary, and overall Sheila has been a great host and I would recommend this place, we had an amazing stay here! Firstly wow! The area in which this little cottage is set is beautiful, tranquil and private and has an enclosed garden for mine and my sister’s dogs. The welcome hamper was the best we’ve ever had with so many goodies in! Lots of local dog walks around the area and hotel grounds and we even found a waterfall after a heavy rainfall which was a lovely surprise. The cottage was clean and all beds made up, towels were provided too. Log fire and wood fired pizza oven and hot tub were so welcome on a foggy day when we were unable to travel. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but not a real problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only negative was only 2 windows open. We loved the fact we were surrounded by nature and birdsong and would have loved to have the windows open to make the most of this. Wouldn’t put us off going again as there are so many other areas we didn’t get to explore around there.

Pear tree cottage was a completely stress free holiday. From the guided tour at the start of our holiday to the convenience of the hot tub whenever we liked. The other cottages were occupied but we didn’t see or hear any of our neighbours. Parking was ample two cars easy and the other driveways looked just as big. The kitchen is well equipped as were the two bathrooms. The sunrises we experienced were exceptional, looking out of either the double doors in the lounge or the double doors in the master bedroom. The highlight was the hot tub. Spacious, convenient, well lit and powerful. Again we were lucky to have two completely cloudless nights, star gazing like never before. The beds were a little hard but actually gave a great nights sleep. We shall definitely look to book again!

Beautiful place so relaxing just what we needed as a family to regroup and recharge our batteries. Very well equipped with all the essentials made use of the washing machine and airer and ironing board and iron. Great wfi. Hot tub was lovely and the veiws from it.

The photos don’t do this place justice. It really is beautiful. Quaint, spacious, clean and tidy. Plenty of facilities such as vac, mop, washing machine, dryer, cleaning products etc. Kitchen is a lovely space to all sit together. Bedrooms were very spacious and room for clothes etc. Lovely nights sleep in comfortable beds. Central heating worked a treat with log fire in the room (we didn’t need to use) including other heaters. It is lovely and warm and cosy. The views and surrounding areas are lovely. We used the hot tub which was a lovely addition and worked well been outside the conservatory part. We were a family group of mixed ages and we would absolutely stay here again. Host was great with contact prior to arrival with flexible check in/out. Overall a brilliant stay and we’ve also said we would return.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip. The house was exactly as described, fully equipped, very friendly neighbours and loved the hot tub. Found some nice walks from the house and easy driving to the many delightful beaches and towns in the area. The local pub is a 10 minute walk with friendly staff, lovely beer garden and pub classics type menu. Would highly recommend this little gem. Thanks Dawn 😁

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage was exactly what we wanted, in a great location with lots to do. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog and very private. We will be back soon.

Great location and property - perfect for our family and dog friendly.

Lynnes property was such a great find. It offered us (four adults, two children, one dog), such a great place to base ourselves for our week away. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos and it has everything you need including loads of useful items for small children (toys, plates/ bowls, toilet seat etc.). We definitely recommend Lynnes place.

A cosy, lovely place to stay - very clean and comfortable. The paddock is great for the dogs ! I highly recommend.

Lovely accommodation and great host. We very much appreciated the spacious house plus the animals on the farm and local wildlife. Caroline was was very welcoming and offered useful suggestions for things to do and ways to get about.

Lovely spacious cottage... we were a party of 7 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room for all of us. Well equipped with everything you could need for a short break or longer... from the kitchen to towels to books, games and toys. Just for info the fourth bedroom is a small room off the lounge with bunk beds as described in the listing, not as shown in the photos. Lovely enclosed garden by the river/waterfall. Parking was no issue... we had two cars on the drive (leaving room for the neighbour's access) and one parked on the main high street at the bottom of the drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage and Great Ayton and would not hesitate to re-book with Alex in the future.

The second we put the key in the door we knew we were in for a treat. Walking into the huge kitchen with a table fit for The Waltons and the highest kitchen ceiling we’ve ever seen. Then on into the wonderfully spacious living room with beams and a log burner and sofas so comfy and roomy, we felt immediately relaxed. Beautiful fields with cows, horse riders passing by and the only sounds were birdsong. One of our favourite air bnbs to date. We didn’t want to leave! Our old boy pooch was very contented pottering round the lovely garden and sunbathing. Thank you Victoria for letting us stay

This was perfect for me, my sisters and my mum. Parking directly outside the house. Fabulous restaurants within a short walk (less than 5 minutes). Views straight onto the bay. Never stayed in saltburn by sea before and it had so much to offer. Great base for visiting Whitby, robin hoods bay, Staithes. Dog friendly beach on your doorstep and surfing! Brilliant weekend.

The bungalow is located down a long farm track in a small group of cottages, so is lovely and peaceful. Amenities were great, with all.you need to cook at home, lovely comfy bed and nice bath and shower. there is an enclosed safe garden at the back and front of the house which the dogs loved. we had some issues with extremely bad weather, but David was on hand to make sure it didnt affect our stay. Amazing stay again with together travel.

Wonderful cottage in a lovely setting. Everything was super clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen. Ingleby Manor is a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of walks and cycle routes available from the area. I had a lovely week with my family.

We were visiting my daughter who lives close to Esh. So we were only at the accomodation to sleep and shower but the beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. So it ticked all the right boxes for us. Also, from upstairs, you have lovely views of the fields.
