Close to Sheffield Train station, and 15 minutes walk in to the centre of town where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, The Lyceum and the Crucible theatres, Cinemas and Ponds Forge International Sports Centre. The tram link is next to the station and close to the bus station. The flat is a self-contained space with bedroom, bathroom, open plan living room, kitchen diner and patio. There is also a sofa bed if required by arrangement. (The space is suitable for one family)

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens.
