Ideal location (a 5-minute walk to the closest shop and bus stop, 5 min walk to North Watford train 20-minute walk to Watford Junction train and town, an 8-minute drive to Harry Potter Studio, and a 5-minute drive to town). It is a self-contained little tiny house in my garden where you can relax, rest, and cook your meals. The materials have been carefully chosen to create a little zen oasis in beautiful colors, calming your mind and destressing you. The access is through my house. Wifi and TV

Set up to give a very comfortable luxury experience with 4 rooms 3 having a king sized 7 zone memory foam mattress with one small double bed for a wonderful nights sleep, sky/Netflix on large hd tvs. Lovely kitchen, washer dryer and dishwasher, electric oven and all the usual amenities. Lovely lounge with sky Q/ Netflix on a 55” UHD tv with Sono sound bar and comfortable sofa. Lovely bathroom with great shower and second shower and toilet downstairs. Accommodation comprises a spacious double bedroom, bathroom and well equipped snug sitting room all accessed by a private entrance from a shared hallway. This is a private apartment taking the entire upstairs of their house.Breakfast provided with homemade fare. Parking on drive incl; EV charging (small fee).Great road and rail links.
