Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large airy double bedroom with super-king size bed. Number Sixteen is a short walk from all amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station) and from attractions such as Alnwick Castle.

Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

It is a short walk along the river or by the castle, to the village where you will find independent shops, local pubs and restaurants. My home is a characterful and spacious 120 year old stone cottage in a tiny quiet street. There are 3 comfy bedrooms, a full kitchen and lounge with dining table and Smart TV. It is a peaceful west facing street nestled in Amble. Please note the hot tub is ONLY available until Jan 2026. Amble, known as "The Friendliest Port", has made the Sunday Times Top 10 Seaside Places to Live List.
