Lovely house & beautiful garden. There was everything we could possibly need. We had a great time exploring this beautiful location & everyone we spoke to was helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend this house & the location as perfect for exploring Anglesey - or as a stop of on a trip to Dublin.

A fantastic place to stay, very comfortable, warmth when needed, enough room for us two and our 8 yr old Labrador Margo. Laura was helpful, friendly and was waiting for us to arrive, which was very encouraging. Two lovely dogs that got on well with Margo. Near enough to walk to the bay and just a short drive to shops etc. Already looking forward to our next stay at Heatherlea Cozy Cottage. Thank you from Martyn, Yvonne and Margo.

We stayed here from 19/06 - 23/06 for my 60th birthday. The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Beds & bedding so fresh & comfortable. Bathroom offered both a bath and gorgeous walk in shower. Toilet was separate which was great. The lounge was lovely and big with big windows showing stunning views over the mountain and another big window looking over Newry Beach. Kitchen had everything you needed. Outside patio area was lovely and further down an area for the dogs which was a gated off garden. Lots of information left advising you of places to visit and where to eat etc. Gorgeous pub The Victoria Inn directly across the road which we visited and had a gorgeous Sunday roast dinner. Plenty of places to go for lovely walks. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and worth every penny we paid for it. No doubt we will be booking to stay here again. Great place to stay. Right next to the beach and open countryside. Very peaceful and everything you needed with great local information from Ian. Very modern inside, extremely clean and very comfortable. Shower was amazing! Even though Ian and his family lived next door you wouldn’t know. Would 100% recommend this place if you want to be away from everything and enjoy the sunsets on the beach.
