Sweet place. Comfortable, Quiet and safe. Three things I look for!

The apartment was cute and inviting! Easy to find and easy to get in. The balcony was very nice; it was enjoyable to be able to sit outside for a bit before work. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who needs to stay in Claremont!

I was able to make some critical work deadlines by staying at Andrew’s Airbnb, for which I cannot extend enough appreciation. To place your scheduling/planning radar, being adjacent to the river required road repavings post-flood of ‘23 in Okemo Valley; work crews were efficient, and the main accesses to town are likely to be brand new for future visits. My stay wasn’t impacted much because I travel mostly on foot. A walkable area, I enjoyed sampling local eateries and ducking out of the hustle and bustle for some quiet mountain time. The sound of the river is relaxing and green space is abundant. Think: picnics. Black River’s Art Museum opened for the season just after I had moseyed on…hopefully I will catch the exhibits during my next visit, as I would very much like to return to the area.

Rollie and Carl are tremendous hosts! They are so welcoming and have thought of every detail to make sure you have a comfortable stay and access to local establishments. The loft is amazing, perfectly blending a rustic feel with modern comforts. It is beautifully appointed with unique art and beautiful furniture. The property itself is stunning between the breathtaking views, beautiful gardens, and wildlife. This was truly a perfect stay and I would book it again in a heartbeat!
