“What does a Hidden Oasis, a Bird Sanctuary, and A Secret Garden have to do with the NorthShore? The answer: A beautiful Airbnb tucked away on the Valhalla Coffee Farm on Oahu. This is a beautiful place that is so hidden you wouldn’t even know that there is a virus out there. My mom passed away on January 31st (not virus related) and so I’ve been trying to process a lot of things and being in this beautiful location has helped me to start figuring out how I can begin to move forward. Their farm is just so unique and peaceful. Just listening and watching all the birds, smelling the fragrant flowers and walking around their farm is exactly what I needed. The grocery store, food trucks, swimming at Turtle Bay are still all close by. On the property is a beautiful small chapel I would go and sit in and say a prayer and light a candle. The cottage I was staying in was equipped with everything I would need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely decorated. There was even a bowl of snacks sitting on the microwave when I arrived. There was a good size kitchen if I wanted to fix a meal. Lots of room to hang up my clothes. Christina gave me a pretty coffee cup when I arrived. Mark handed me a grapefruit from their tree. There was also a place for laundry and I thought the clothes line was cute. There are chairs right outside and two angels right outside the door. I really just loved walking around and especially enjoyed sitting above in this little covered area watching all the birds especially the parrots fly by. Their dog is super friendly and everyone I met there was really nice. If you’re looking for a tranquil place that’s just a short drive from the beaches then this is your place. Mark & Christina were perfect hosts.”
We are located directly in front of historic Hukilau beach, less than a mile to the Polynesian Cultural Center, within walking distance to BYU-Hawaii and the LDS Temple, and 15 minutes from the North Shore. WE ALREADY HAVE A VERY HIGH CLEANING STANDARD FOR OUR HOME AND DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE ADDING INCREASED SANITATION WITH APPROVED ANTI-BACTERIAL CLEANERS THROUGHOUT AND TO HIGH TOUCH AREAS.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at in Oahu! I loved the amenities provided! I appreciated the little things (i.e., paraben and sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, natural hand soap, utensils to cook, beach towels, and so much more!) The AC worked great and was very fast in cooling the room so we were quite pleased. The bedroom was the perfect size (very spacious) and the mattress was comfortable. Overall, the location and amenities were wonderful, especially if you’re planning to stay in North Shore.”

“The Mango Tree Shower was a great alternative on the North Shore to resorts and hotels of Waikiki. Spent 4 days here in our own private area on the property. The set up on site is great with a fully self contained kitchen with a BBQ area to on side and the shower on the opposite side of the kitchen. The yurt was spacious for a couple with a comfortable queen size bed a plenty of room of our luggage. We were a bit concerned after reading the feedback about the traffic noise after I had booked but after the first night is was a non issue for us. (Spring had obviously listened to feedback as there were fresh ear plugs available on our side table at check in but I didn’t need them after the first night as I quickly got used to the traffic noise). This was a great place to base ourselves on the North Shore and we would definitely come back here!”
