Quiet top floor flat situated five minutes from Jesmond Metro. Very convenient for events like the Great North Run and just a short walk to the Wylam Brewery. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night!
