Tiny house vacation rentals in North Sea Canal

This was a wonderful hidden gem in the city. I felt like I was all alone in a secret garden, even though you’re surrounded by houses and in the city. Nico and Elizabeth were awesome hosts. So kind and helpful. I loved taking the bike out and around the city and to the beach. I had a wonderful 2 days and will be back for sure! Thank you both!

We (three friends) were looking for a short break from everyday life and with the tiny house of Jeanette and Rien we found a perfect place for it. The two were very nice and helpful. In the small cottage with a boat dock and small terrace, we lacked nothing. It was very clean and we immediately felt comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

Inge is a pleasant person and ready to help (offer to do laundry). Some sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. The accommodation is pleasant and good location. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Of course, the location is great, as well as the area. We can recommend a walk to Loenen aan de Vecht and also a trip to the beautiful city of Utrecht. Check-in and check-out at the property is great and uncomplicated. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace, swim from there and enjoy nature.

Here you can really relax for a few days! Everything is nice and green around you and absolutely quiet! Jacky is also very friendly and helpful.

We had a perfect stay in this very nice apartment. Everything is fully furnished and the sauna completes the whole. The location is very nice and an excellent starting point for bike tours to Alkmar, Bergen aan Zee, Schoorl and also in an easterly direction to the Ijsselmeer. We had wonderful bike rides in wonderful weather. Communication with the host has been very easy and enjoyable. We were completely satisfied and will certainly be back. Petra

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. A highlight was that there was cake and champagne to welcome us. The accommodation is really very central and even more beautiful than in the pictures.

The apartment was really tastefully and comfortably furnished and it had everything you needed. It is quietly located and has its own entrance as well as its own terrace area in front of the door. Paula is a really friendly and helpful host and always responded quickly if you had a question. Feel-good factor high ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is really a great location in the middle of a beautiful villa district just outside of Amsterdam. Nevertheless, you can easily reach the city center by bus. Perfect for us as guests who traveled by car. And saves expensive travel costs, saves expensive hotel prices and is still quickly downtown. Everything is very lovingly maintained in the middle of a beautiful garden. A great one-room apartment. DAX is a great host who responded very quickly and very informatively and gave really helpful tips.

I had an amazing time at the cabin. I am a florist and I came from the USA for the flowers and to learn as much as I could about them, the farming, the flower auctions & the marketing and advertising while I was here. I was traveling solo and her cabin is a perfect location for it all and I felt safe there through out my stay. I also loved the fact that I had the quiet woods and farmland surrounding me but could also be at the beach in a blink of an eye! She was an amazing host with the biggest heart and wonderful recommendations. I so wish to come back one day with my daughter. The cabin and The Netherlands have my heart now! :) Thank you for an amazing trip. P.s.- If you plan to stay here, maybe bring a flashlight because the trail in the woods to the cabin can get a little dark at night! ;)

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! The location was just what we needed to relax and unwind. A huge bonus was the fantastic sauna – the perfect way to end a day of lovely long walks in the surrounding woods. We were so pleased to find a place that was genuinely dog-friendly, and our furry friend had a brilliant time exploring and hanging out in the front garden. We would highly recommend this gem for a tranquil retreat!

The apartment is beautiful and superbly located, shopping, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You can sit comfortably on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility. With the borrowed bikes, we explored the surroundings and made wonderful excursions to Egmond, Bergen and Alkmaar. Astrid is a great host, nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable.

We were there spontaneously for 3 nights. Everything worked great! We were able to check in very flexibly at night. Really nice, a great place to relax. I highly recommend it!

A nice studio where everything was thought of.. unfortunately we only found out in the morning that I could have had cappuccino for breakfast.. so there is a milk frother! Maybe it's another idea to be able to book breakfast. But for a late breakfast, you can always go to the tea house further down the street! Furthermore, excellent beds, shower clean and nice! Everything has been thought of in the kitchen... really perfect! We can imagine that it is a great place to stay in the summer! Also ideal are the bikes with which you can cycle to Haarlem!

The perfect place for vistors who would like to avoid the crowds of Amsterdam. Hosts Anita & Lex are friendly and helpfull. The natural environment in and around Bloemendaal is beautifull. Nearby dunescapes, the beach and forests are on walking distance. But also if you’d like to visit Amsterdam it is a perfect hideout Within 40 minutes you’re in Amsterdam by train. It is located in a calm and beautifull residential neigborhood with it’s typical early 20 century Dutch architecture in red brick surrounded by lush green gardens and public spaces. Already the neigborhood itself is a beautifull setting for a calm evening stroll. The studio is rustic and nicely decorated with a beautifull wooden roof. It’s secluded with privacy. The interior is charming and well talen care of. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend the Noorderhuisje. Gerlinda is super nice and helpful. The accommodation is quiet and very cozy, the bed very comfortable and the view of the cow meadow simply great :) There is a great swimming lake nearby and you can get to Utrecht or Ammersfort super fast. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lenie's and Gerard's cottage. It is clean, well equipped and has a wonderful surroundings and garden. The location is very peaceful and private. Beds are very comfy, we slept like babies. Our hosts were very friendly and communicative. Gerard recommended us a bike tour, which we did and had an amazing day in the area. Thank you for having us and doei, doei. 😊

Had a lovely stay in Watergang with Alice. The surroundings are lovely, with the canals, and it’s easy to get into Amsterdam from there. The property was lovely, clean and Alice was very welcoming and helpful.

The firmly laid houseboat offers a great, relaxing view of the water, the sky and the marina opposite - through the large windows and the good furnishings also directly from the bed. Everything is comfortably furnished and equipped and very clean, the check-in and the information provided are well thought out and organized. We had a relaxing time for two! (You should only be aware that the boat has a little "swell" in the wind, so it rolls a little in the water with the waves.)

Wonderful place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Amsterdam. Lucky enough to have a couple of sunny evenings and mornings to be able to enjoy the beautiful garden area. Cabin is a lovely cosy and a perfect getaway from central Amsterdam but only 10 minutes by bus and very easy to get to. Erik and Jaël were very friendly, would love to return.

We did a girls' weekend and the place was perfect for it: we had everything we needed and were surrounded by nature. The studio is very nice and stylishly furnished and there was enough space for three. You can park right in front of the house and are therefore very flexible. We liked it very much and we will recommend the accommodation!
