Amazing place! Perfect for our large group that came and stayed for a week. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Great AC! Plenty of towels and beach gear to take. Overall very satisfied. Would definitely stay here again.

Melissa’s house was spotless, well-furnished, and had an amazing pool. Melissa was very responsive, helpful, and a tremendous host. This is our second stay at this house and we will be back again soon!

We had a fantastic stay and immediately felt right at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive—well-stocked with high-quality appliances, including both a Nespresso and an espresso machine, which we enjoyed! The backyard was a true oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub—perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. My family loved swimming daily, and the screened enclosure was a great bonus for keeping the bugs away! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, ideal for our daily walks. It was also incredibly convenient to have Publix and Aldi just a few blocks away. We loved being in such a welcoming and well-kept community. The home was a perfect fit for our family of four, offering plenty of space and comfort. We’re already looking forward to returning to North Port and exploring more of the area! Oleg was a wonderful host and I would absolutely recommend his home to friends and family!

We had a great stay! Our crew was in town working on a nearby job site, and this place was the perfect home base. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to rest and recharge after long workdays. The location was super convenient, and communication with the host was easy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this North Port home! It had everything we could possibly need – from a cooler and grill to beach towels and umbrellas. The check-in process was super easy, and the place was spotless when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here again. Plus, Olha’s response time was incredible – she was so attentive! Highly recommend!

I have so many positive things to share about this Airbnb stay. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the space had a sleek, modern feel. The amenities were excellent, with the hot tub being a highlight—it truly heated up nicely! I also loved the nighttime vibe around the pool; the lighting added a beautiful touch. I’ll definitely be returning. Although I didn’t have my kids with me this time, I noticed a playground conveniently located right outside the lanai that would be great for children. The host was fantastic, and I had the chance to visit some beautiful beaches and stop by my favorite restaurant and bar (Anna Marie Oyster Bar) m for some amazing oysters. If you're planning a visit, be sure to check out Nokomis Beach—it’s a must-see!

We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised that the photos didn’t do the listing justice. All rooms were extremely clean and felt brand new. The neighborhood was off the main streets and not all the way developed yet which made it feel private and quiet. Would gladly stay again

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

This was the perfect location for my boys to walk to their fishing charter while I walked on the beach! The nearby shopping and restaurants were perfect to visit during our short stay. The flat was perfectly described and very comfortable. We didn’t even use all it had to offer with our limited time. When we return to Boca Grande, this would be our first choice to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and tidy. Roman was very nice and available via text. I highly recommend his place.

We loved our stay at Edmund’s place. The perfect place to stay for beach access right out your front door.. it was so nice to be able to have a bathroom and food/snacks such a short walk from the beach!

The condo was very clean, great view of the bay, including the occasional pair of dolphins who wouldswim by… Nice neighbors, nice pool, also, nice kitchen as well… Any place with sharp knives deserves special mention in that regard. My wife and I did in fact, cook several nights. Great communication with our host. Location is outstanding, as well. very enjoyable.

Location, location, location! Totally walkable to almost everything you need! Beach in one direction, beautiful downtown Venice in the other… both accessed by w along the lovely Heritage Park. This was truly a relaxing vacation… quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating… just what we - and our two standards poodles - needed!

Everything was exactly as described — just a short walk to the beach. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. It was a great stay !! The Airbnb is so cute and pool area is perfect!! Host was very friendly and welcoming:))

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!
