Vacation rentals with a pool in North Naples, Collier County

Great stay, smooth check in and check out. Excellent location, exactly as pictured and described.

We spend memorial day weekend with my family of 8 and we all had an amazing experience in this property. It was exactly as we saw in the pictures, this property is almost as new with every single detail covered to have a relaxing stay. The rooms are perfect, bathrooms very modern and clean, kitchet if fully stocked with everything (and more than) you might need, outdoor grill available and the pool/spa pristine clean. We did not find anything not working or missing. Our host Anthony was very responsive to our questions before our stay. I had stayed in many other good properties in Naples Park but this one definitivelly the best one we have stayed. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to come back as soon as posible.

This beautiful home was in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. The home itself once inside was a lot bigger than it appeared, allowing all of us to have our own space throughout our stay. The pool made the home though. Very clean and enjoyable.

La casa nos dejó enamorados tenía todas las comodidades, la decoración es hermosa y todo estaba muy limpio e impecable. La cocina cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. El área del patio y la piscina son de ensueño la disfrutamos mucho en familia y el área de grill de afuera es muy útil. El barrio es tranquilo y muy bonito, cerca de restaurantes y playas. Dimple nuestra anfitriona siempre fue muy atenta y respondía rápidamente. La recomiendo 100 por ciento y sin duda mi familia y yo regresaríamos en las próximas vacaciones nos encantó.

Victor’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Naples. The home was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, within a short distance to great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and strong Wi-Fi. Victor was a fantastic host — very responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that really enhanced our experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything about the stay was stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Naples and would love to come back again. Matthew’s stay was such a good plan. We initially planned to go to the beach but the house was so well equipped and welcoming that we decided to spend the weekend in the house instead. Would definitely book this place again!

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, el host muy profesional, la casa impecable y una malla muy buena para mosquitos y poder disfrutar de la terraza a cualquier hora, la playa cerca así como los restaurantes, nos encanto!!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Kelly was extremely responsive with clear check i/building access instructions. Pictures don’t do the unit justice and it bugger than we realized. Beautiful view of ocean and canal. Walk to ocean is approx 5min and easily accessible through private walkway. Thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

I’m so glad we booked with Stacy for our Ft. Myers trip! Stacy’s place was perfect for our getaway beach trip. Very convenient to go to the beach which was right across the street. Stacy provided free vouchers for beach chairs and provided an umbrella that was much needed during the heat of the day! Don’t hesitate to book!

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.
