I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mark’s home. Our stay was perfect! Home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We loved the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our family really enjoyed the pool and bikes throughout our stay. Highly recommend Mark’s home and would definitely book again!

Great location, 10-15min to the beach and great neighborhood! House is very clean, the amenities are excellent, we spent all the time from the beach to the pool to the beach and back. We felt right at home! Great find, Dave was very communicative and friendly, thanks again for hosting us!

The property was in a great location—just a short, walkable distance to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. Michele was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. She was also very accommodating and flexible, which made the experience even better.

Everything was perfect! Pool was warm, spacious, beds were comfortable, house was clean!!! Close to everything!

We were looking for a family get away for a while since our LO was born and this place was exactly what we needed! Great location and walking distance to the beach. Provided all the necessities we needed for the babe! If you are not in a mood to go out, just stay home and relax in the pool all day! All beach necessities were provided in the package. And the place was spectacular. Kyle always promptly responded to all the queries. We would definitely stay in the same place if we decide to revisit Naples again.

This is, honestly, one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The kitchen was FULLY stocked, and when I say fully, I mean fully — seasonings, mixing bowls, colanders, I mean, you name it and they’ve got it. Beyond that, the two car garage was nearly organized with most everything you need on a trip (even baby high chair etc) AND a dozen folding beach chairs, which they provide an awesome wagon to use to tow. There’s numerous pool toys and floats, a basketball hoop for the pool. The outside grill was incredible and massive, so it was perfect to fire up some steaks for our party of 12. The house was clean, the instructions were concise, and Angelo was flexible with both our check-in time (we arrived earlier than expected) and our check-out time (everything is tougher with kids). Angelo responds incredibly quickly and is so helpful and friendly. We left the house talking about when we’d be back, and we already can’t wait!

We loved our July 4th stay! Within walking distance to beach, great pool and the house was very clean and welcoming! All the nice touches that make your stay comfortable…we will return!

The house was beautiful and it was exactly as described. My family and I visited from Alaska and we spend quite a bit of time in the pool and the screened in patio. The house is very family friendly. We could not have picked a better house to spend our short Florida vacation. We wished we were staying longer.

This was our second time staying here and it was great. Me and my family were a bit nervous about the house since it was post both hurricanes but Jennifer was great at responding and made us feel comfortable. The house was great and so was the pool.

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Phil was an exceptional host from start to finish! His Naples property was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Communication was outstanding - Phil responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made our stay completely stress-free. The property had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location was ideal for exploring Naples, with convenient access to beaches and local attractions. The place is just as described in the details and pictures. Very well equipped and centrally located to everything, most places are within a 10/15 drive with grocery store and beaches within 5 minutes. There are several other beaches further out and worth exploring if you have the time (Seagate/Clam Pass - our favorite, Naples’s and Ft. Myers). We also did Captain Jacks Air boat event and it didn’t disappoint - highly recommend! The bikes were a nice addition as we were able to ride around the neighborhood to explore. Alana was an awesome host, very responsive and spot on with her recommendations! Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Alana’s place if back in the Naples area! Loved our stay! Was very conveniently located so close to everything! Including all the great restaurants, Mercato, the beach, the waterside shops and 5th Ave. My husband and I lived in Naples for a few years and came back to visit our friends. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Felt like we were home again! Alfred is a great host. Very helpful and replies quickly if there are any concerns or questions! The home itself has everything you would need and the backyard is beautiful with a new pool/spa. Would definitely stay again!

This very bright and airy private home has everything you may want for a relaxing holiday retreat. It is impeccably designed with high-end contemporary furniture, appliances, kitchenware and bath products. It is quiet and filled with birdsong once you step outside into the screened covered lanai. Only minutes from a plethora of food and beverage options and the beaches of downtown Naples. It was a pleasure staying at Flamingo House and I plan on returning soon.

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is just a short drive from Vanderbilt Beach, great restaurants, and charming downtown. We loved how easy it was to explore the area and then return to such a peaceful and comfortable home base. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this house has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

Chris’s place was wonderful! We hosted a family gals weekend with 9 of us and it was fun for all ages. Great location and space for our weekend. We spent most of the weekend in the pool which was lovely and having the dock option to lay out on was great too. Chris was super responsive before and during our stay.

This place was beautiful . The house was clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom offered a luxury feel. The back deck was great to relax on . The drive to the beach is just a few minutes and there is beach gear at the house which makes it super convenient and enjoyable for the beach. Overall loved our stay and would definitely come back.
