I recently stayed at Eric’s Airbnb and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just like the pictures. The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and some great local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I had in weeks. Communication with the host was seamless. Eric was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely book again and recommend this place.

Everything was clean and organize, the house is beautiful, the pool is great, location is very near to important things like drugs stores , supermarkets, etc. also they have beaches near to this house! We had an amazing stay at this house in Naples! The home was very clean, comfortable, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space next to the pool. We spent a lot of time out there - it was peaceful, relaxing, and the pool was so much fun. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s actually the first Airbnb we’ve stayed at that had good kitchen knives - such a nice surprise! There’s also a bunch of beach gear available and even four bikes, which were perfect for riding to the beach. You can also walk there; it's not a long distance at all. The location is honestly my favorite in Naples. It’s super convenient - close to all the grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Publix. Plus, Mercato is nearby with lots of shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was in a great location—just a short, walkable distance to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. Michele was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. She was also very accommodating and flexible, which made the experience even better.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place! The house was very clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach, yet still peaceful and private. The house is wonderfully equipped for families with young kids. It had a crib and a playpen, which made our stay so much easier. There were also beach chairs, toys, and pool floaties — a great touch that our kids absolutely loved! While the main reason we booked was for the pool, unfortunately, the pump was broken during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. That said, Amy was very responsive and thoughtful, and she promptly refunded us a night’s stay along with part of the cleaning fee, which we really appreciated. Overall, despite the pool issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to other families looking for a clean, well-located, and kid-friendly home!

We really enjoyed our time here. Beautiful space and decorated nicely. The grill and pool/hot tub was our favorite part!

This is, honestly, one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The kitchen was FULLY stocked, and when I say fully, I mean fully — seasonings, mixing bowls, colanders, I mean, you name it and they’ve got it. Beyond that, the two car garage was nearly organized with most everything you need on a trip (even baby high chair etc) AND a dozen folding beach chairs, which they provide an awesome wagon to use to tow. There’s numerous pool toys and floats, a basketball hoop for the pool. The outside grill was incredible and massive, so it was perfect to fire up some steaks for our party of 12. The house was clean, the instructions were concise, and Angelo was flexible with both our check-in time (we arrived earlier than expected) and our check-out time (everything is tougher with kids). Angelo responds incredibly quickly and is so helpful and friendly. We left the house talking about when we’d be back, and we already can’t wait!

Great location for Vanderbilt Beach! Nicely kept complex, beautiful accommodations. The host thought of everything. Wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was even better than expected — beautifully decorated, modern, and very comfortable. The patio was a perfect spot to relax, and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. We had a very pleasant stay!! The hosts were very accommodating to us as we had to check in a little early to make it on time to a wedding. We enjoyed an early morning swim in the pool with a Nespresso coffee. Next time we are in Naples we will definitely be reaching out again!

We had a great two night stay here. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very friendly. The room was as described and was perfect for what we needed. It was in an area that was close to everything we wanted to do and was not a far drive to the beach. Check in and check out we’re both super easy. We would stay here again!

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

Lindsay’s place was perfect! Beautiful, very neat and clean! The beach is only two blocks away and all the beach necessities are provided! We enjoyed walking to the Mercato every morning for coffee and shopping. Lindsay was very helpful with recommendations and answered all my questions quickly. We look forward to staying here again!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

I’m so glad we booked with Stacy for our Ft. Myers trip! Stacy’s place was perfect for our getaway beach trip. Very convenient to go to the beach which was right across the street. Stacy provided free vouchers for beach chairs and provided an umbrella that was much needed during the heat of the day! Don’t hesitate to book!

The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, and it had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning. While the grounds are still recovering from the hurricane, with some visible damage, the pools are open and fully functional. Overall, it didn’t detract from an enjoyable stay.

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great stay this week at William’s place. Clean and quiet place. It doesn’t get more convenient than being just feet from 5th avenue and less than a mile from the beach! William was great by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon to make it much much easier to take out to the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tatiana’s condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and looked like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed many hours in the pool. It was in a great location very convenient to the beach. We very much appreciated all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, and cooler and especially the pass to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park which we used every day of our stay. Thank you, Tatiana. We had a wonderful mother-daughter trip and will definitely make a reservation at your place again if we come back to visit SWFL again!
