We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

I cannot say enough how satisfied I was with my stay! The actual condo and view more than exceeded my expectations. I especially love how convenient this place was to many of the restaurants and activities that I had on my itinerary. I recently stayed at Tyler's listing and had an amazing experience. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like home away from home. Tyler was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local attractions and dining.

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

Host was very quick to respond, willing to accommodate check in time and very respectful. Condo was just as pictured, spacious, lots of amenities and clean. Surroundings were beautiful at night with plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend this host and will be booking again in the future. My friend and I had an amazing weekend, Thank you!

Dreamed Lugar. Just entering the apartment and facing the sea from a 39th floor is unparalleled and mind-blowing. The beds in the 3 rooms are spectacular!!! The resort pool is SUPER and host Mike is very attentive and diligent, he responds immediately to every query. I recommend not to miss this place that, although it does not fall into the economic category if I assure you that making an effort you will spend unforgettable days in this fabulous penthouse!!! We cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. The hosts are lovely, they were attentive and they are very accommodating. We spent most of our time at home cooking. Definitely check By Her Fruits for fresh citrus and La Lupe for the best tacos and birria. Also, we love Blue Water Excursions for a day trip out to Boca. We also love the local seafood shops for Rock Crab and lovely daily catch. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you sit by the dock, you may see some cool wildlife too! We saw manatee, a Red Fish, Tarpon, and catfish. We loved everything about this flirty property and definitely will be back!

Plenty of space for the whole family! Updated bathrooms, home was clean, bright and spacious. Having a high chair and playpen for the baby was a plus. Great ambiance at night with lighted pool and string lights. Ample parking and close to airport and Ft. Lauderdale. Definitely would stay again or recommend to family members.

had a great stay at Duncan’s - the house felt so cozy & had everything we needed and Duncan was responsive when we needed to find extra household items. The house was clean, beds were comfortable & it was roomy for all of us. Backyard is so cute too!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

The house was sooo clean and super comfi… kids had so much fun and they even did not have time to do all activities in the house… Rony was so helpful and vv fast responding… I appreciate this place and 100% will come back… Thanks a lot🙏
