Vacation rentals with beach access in North Miami Beach

Great place, location, and host was very communicative which is always important. 3 min walk from the beach, room was cozy as was the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment, very clean, great location walking distance to bars and restaurants. Love the large balcony and took advantage of the gym. Easy to find and park. Rob was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend.

This is the perfect get away for 1-2 people wanting to be near the beach. Very short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants. They even provide beach chairs. Host is very responsive when I had any questions. The place was also very clean! Would stay here again

Ms. Jessica stayed in touch and quickly answered any questions that I had for her. If you’re planning to book an Airbnb I highly recommend booking with Ms. Jessica for a lovely home. Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Cristina’s place was lovely! We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub and really got a lot of time to relax! She was responsive and more than helpful! We traveled with a toddler and she had a pack n play and a highchair for us along with recommendations for child friendly activities!

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

My husband and I stayed here for a week when I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a surgical procedure. Adriana’s place was clean, uncluttered, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adriana was welcoming and offered help if needed. We were a little late checking out, and she was very kind about it. It was a great experience and the perfect place for my recovery.

Very beautiful apartment with a great view

The apartment was really impeccable, just as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully-equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Really nice location with a cute coffee shop inches away. Would recommend for few days if you are in Miami!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! A must-book. We truly enjoyed the stunning views. The unit was clean and well maintained. Great location. Highly recommend this property! The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back :)
