Vacation rentals with a patio in North Hollywood, Los Angeles

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

I stayed at Jerry's place in Toluca Lake on a work trip for two weeks and it was an overall fantastic stay. The location was beautiful: Toluca Lake is clean, well-kept, safe and peaceful, and it was such a treat going running around the nearby streets in the early morning. It was about 30mins to get to most touristy places, in good traffic. There are three grocery shops in 15min walking distance away, and a coffee shop nearby. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen and the comfiest bed (perfect if you like a firm mattress!). There is also lots of outdoor space, some shared and a little private bench and terrace that is for your personal use. This was certainly the highlight as it was a lovely suntrap and perfect for sitting out and eating breakfast. Jerry is a very helpful and friendly host, and he made sure I had everything I needed during the entirety of my stay. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed my stay at Juan’s guesthouse. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. I slept well and there are so many great restaurants in the area. Less than a 10 minute drive from Dodger Stadium. Highly recommend for anyone visiting LA.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The location of our stay was amazing, all the touristy areas, grocery stores, and restaurants were within a 10-minute drive. The house itself was extremely clean, and we loved the LV design and the thoughtful details throughout the house. Cassy is very responsive and is very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again when I return to LA!!

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Tom was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. His place was a perfect spot for me and my daughter to spend a couple of weeks when we needed to be in Van Nuys. Well stocked with everything we needed. Remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. Beds were comfy and the bedrooms were private and quiet. Parking was easy. The photos give you a very good idea of the place. It is one of our favorite Airbnb's and we hope to return in the future.

We've really enjoyed staying at Sabrina's place. We LOVE the backyard with a dining table, basketball hoop, and the sitting areas. Part of the backyard has a roof so it was great on hot days. The bedrooms, kitchen and the living room are very spacious. The place is super clean and we felt right at home when we arrived. Another thing we loved were the many windows they have. It was great that we could open all the windows to let fresh air/ breeze into the house. The front porch was nice to sit and chat. We would go back again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax and truly feel at home. The only thing to be aware of is that while the house is private and separate, the host’s home is located just in front, and there is a shared door between their yard and ours. They have a dog who barked a couple of times and once came into our yard unexpectedly, which startled us. The host may want to take a closer look at securing that access. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful surroundings.

Loved staying at Artur's place! It was quiet and private- secluded from the street with a nice outdoor area. The full kitchen is really nice. Extra bonus was the off street parking! Would definitely stay again when visiting LA!

The home was clean and spacious and easily slept 6 adults and 1 child. The location is super close to lots that the Hollywood/LA area has to offer!

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Charlie is a great host and very quick to respond. Very thankful for his local traffic recommendations too. Very clean property and convenient location. We wish we could’ve stayed here longer!

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!
