Buitenhuysje de Roos is recent helemaal vernieuwd en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Het huisje is klein maar fijn, circa 55m2 en heeft 3 slaapkamers. In 2022 is ons huisje verbouwd, met een nieuwe badkamer, keuken en gietvloer. Er is een haard en fijne houten veranda, waar je heel privé zit, met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5 min. rijd je naar Bergen of Schoorl, waar je supermarkten, leuke winkels en horeca vindt. De duinen en het bos zijn op loopafstand en op de fiets ben je in 20 min op het strand.

Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.
