Condo vacation rentals in North Holland

We had to briefly inquire with the neighbors on arrival how to get to the accommodation, but then found our home relatively easily. There was good parking - although we had to walk a little bit from the car to the house, but it was really not bad. The accommodation is located relatively far outside the center and away from the train station, but a 25-minute walk does not hurt. The only thing that might be great is air conditioning, as the room is directly under the roof and it was very warm due to the high outside temperature. Sharing the bathroom worked out pretty well. In the description, it might be worth mentioning the really steep staircase to the room. For us, it was not really a problem, but if a person with physical disabilities comes to visit, it will probably be difficult. All in all, we were satisfied and would choose Wilma's accommodation again for another visit

We really loved it at Dick and Thildy's place. The two are very friendly, open and give great tips for the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, you felt very comfortable - surrounded by flower fields and a rural idyll with 2 sweet cats, ducks & chickens. Despite the construction of the new accommodations, we did not feel disturbed - I am curious how they look then!! 🙏🏻 Definitely a great place to explore North Holland and experience the colorful flower fields!

We had a few wonderful days in the cozy and lovingly furnished apartment. The view of the dunes in the morning is great and the beach is very close within walking distance. Everything was clean and tidy and the check-in and communication were great! One small thing we didn't understand before is that the toilet is in the common hallway (but only used by this apartment) and there is no separate sink on the toilet, but the kitchen sink is used for brushing teeth, washing hands, etc. We will be happy to come back, for a relaxing short trip between dunes and Amsterdam :)

Beautiful little apartment. Very comfortable bed with pleasant bed linen. Everything you need for the start is available in the kitchen, plus nice attention. Very close to the beach. Bathroom open and a large duvet, therefore more suitable for couples or solo travelers. The only mini drawback was the low water pressure in the warm shower. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable all around!!!

Because we liked it so much the first time, we went back to “De Nollen” for a weekend. Everything was fine again and Elvira is a friendly, unobtrusive and yet very helpful host. The location is nice for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. We would vacation here again anytime.

The first come-in-experience was great: even larger and more cosy than my imagination of the photos. Even though it‘s only a three minute walk to Oude Kerk and the lively center, it‘s absolutely quiet - day and night. The communication with the host is super quick, friendly and helpful.

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

It was super nice. The accommodation is beautifully located with a unique view of the IJsselmeer. As a result, there is also constantly fresh air, wind, and the sound of the water. We loved that. On the dike, there is also a beach for swimming. Good beds, great kitchen and shower, nice living room to relax. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The dog has also been thought of. We'd love to come back.

Super nice apartment, everything new, tastefully furnished and quietly located. The location is great, you can walk to the city center. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend Daphne's apartment. Thank you!!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. Definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

A Perfect Stay – Sad to Leave! Our stay at this B&B was absolutely immaculate. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm and attentive host who clearly puts care into every detail. The accommodation itself was premium – beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless and truly felt like a home away from home. We’re genuinely sad to leave, but incredibly grateful for such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained the operation of the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We could always reach him by message and he was very helpful. The apartment and hot tub are very private, so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and fresh flowers set pleasant accents.

Great place for anyone who loves horses and nature. Nice and quiet but you are still in the city quickly. In the evening we had a visit from 2 cats on the stairs who were very happy about petting units.. At night we accompanied the silence of the neighing and hoofbeats of the horses in the stable. We found it very nice The apartment was reasonably clean and well equipped. Only a large bowl for salad and a few deep plates were missing. We only saw Jan briefly on departure, but he was very friendly to us. All in all, a very successful and beautiful stay.

4 days in a little cocoon, the accommodation is very pleasant to stay in and has rooms with large spaces. Ideally located, we did our first day on foot and the next by bike, taking the free ferry to reach the city center. The little extras of the accommodation: underground parking, bike garage, rooftop pool (€7.5 per person). Fleur and Jordy were very nice, with good recommendations! Looking forward to returning 😁

We had such a great time at Laura’s Airbnb! While it was a long walk to the heart of Amsterdam, there are so many public transportation options close by and they are so easy to navigate. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we would definitely stay again!
