Originally built for James Leonard in 1892, this condo has been renovated to combine traditional architecture with modern comforts. Sink into the oversized jacuzzi tub in the bathroom or sit outside on the gorgeous patio and have a BBQ near the shared pool. License/registration number: SVR-#00790 This is a fantastic hideaway in Downtown Savannah, a short walk from everything, and a short drive from everything else. Originally built for James Leonard in 1892, the house was recently renovated, combining old world architecture with modern amenities. Our updated kitchen is excellent to cook in and we have all of the cookware and tools you need to make some great meals while you're here (tip: go to Russo's Seafood and get some fresh Wild Georgia Shrimp to cook, you will not be disappointed!). Our clean bathroom features an oversized jacuzzi tub that can make for quite a romantic evening:). We have a new LG washer/dryer combo that is perfect for catching up on laundry during your visit. We provide shampoos, conditioner, body soap, coffee & tea, paper goods, dishwasher & laundry detergent. If you need anything else, there's a great grocery store only a two minute walk away- and a great local coffee shop & bakery three minutes away. We want you to feel right at home. We have a lock box so you may check in without any hassles. Our home is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle on a quiet street, but very close to coffee shops, restaurants and Forsyth Park. Fully equipped home with everything provided. Guest should only need whatever personal items required. Bring a swimsuit! The pool is a wonderful amenity and a rare treat in Downtown Savannah. The upstairs deck is shared with a very nice SCAD student next door who rarely uses it. There is ample street parking in front of the Condo. Please be aware of the street sweeping schedule. Wireless Cable Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, many other Roku channels. My wife and I live and work in downtown Savannah and are both available by phone to immediately help you with any questions or issues. We own two restaurants here in Savannah and are happy to give you recommendations to heighten your local culinary experience. The home is in a neighborhood situated between the Historic District and Victorian District. Spend the day at the picturesque Forsyth Park, go for a stroll along the Savannah River, and enjoy the selection of shops and restaurants in downtown. Our condo is just a few blocks from quiet Forsyth Park and just a five minute drive to anywhere you should like to go in Savannah, such as the downtown area, the river, and the SCAD museum. River street is a quick $4 UBER ride away. The Free City Shuttle stop is just a few minutes walk. There is a trolley stop a five-minute walk away On weekends, browse through local produce and goods at the Forsyth Park Farmers Market A very well-stocked Kroger grocery store (with Starbucks) is 1.5 blocks away. If you need other basics, Target, Whole Foods, and Home Depot are also close by.

Walk through the private entrance into this sensitively restored condo in a gorgeous 1891 Victorian. The bedroom offers extensive natural light complemented by an ornate chandelier. There are also original fireplaces and a private patio. SVR #01361 A spacious, bright, first floor condo less than a block from Forsyth Park The entire first floor condo is yours! Your private entrance is just inside the foyer. You will also have access to a private outdoor patio behind the home and a shared porch in front of the house. As Savannah locals, we would be happy to provide recommendations for touring, eating, or fun! We also understand that some people prefer to explore on their own, so if you need anything at all, just let us know! The condo is very close to Forsyth Park. From festivals and the Saturday Farmers' Market to just walking the perimeter and enjoying the tree lined streets, it's the perfect area for exploration and fun. We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate this beautiful city and our lovely Southern weather! If you prefer, Savannah now offers Uber, and there are always plenty of taxis and pedicabs! Park in your dedicated off street spot behind the house or right out front on the street (we park out there everyday without issue!)
