There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. The parking lot for the car is directly at the house. hygge_11 is located in Böhl on the edge of the St. Peter-Dorf district, right next to a pine forest. In 5 minutes you are at the dike.

Rauszeit SPO - Vintage charm behind the dike

"Treat yourself to some time out!" – it wasn't hard for me as a city dweller to get into this mindset. You can hardly imagine a more striking contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. The "Rauszeit" is a quiet terraced house located in the district of Böhl near the lighthouse. Prices include a laundry package and the guest card for SPO. Arriving by car is recommended. Cozy, quiet terraced middle house - ideal for families of up to four children or for family vacation with grandma and grandpa. Allergy friendly as no pets and no linens! Very quiet and yet centrally located directly in the center of the island near the zoo with unobstructed views of the Tinnumer meadows. The house is at the end of a row of houses. On 124m² there are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Outside, on the ground floor there is a terrace with garden furniture and sheds and on the upper floor a loggia with dike views. The spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy and relax. In addition, the house has a sauna, a fireplace and a bicycle storage facility. Dogs are also welcome.

Overnight stay? Also possible with organic eggs and vegetables

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and offers a total of three rooms. There are two bedrooms , one room with 1.8m bed and a 1.4m sofa bed. One room with 1.6m bed. I kept chickens and planted vegetables. If there is, you can also buy it and enjoy the organic eggs and traditional vegetables.
