My family had the privilege of staying at Rosy's house at the end of March. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beauty of the home, especially being right on the water. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our daughters loved the welcome snack basket, pool, and pool toys. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed it each day of our stay. My dad loved to read on the deck by the lake. We've stayed a few times in Cape Coral, and this has been our favorite house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Michelle, the host was also very responsive and helpful. You will absolutely love staying at this house! Thanks for the wonderful stay, we can't wait to come back!

This place was perfect! It was quiet and provided a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The location made for an easy commute from the airport and provided quick access to the beautiful beaches and great restaurants. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

The house was amazing! I took 3 teenage girls on vacation here.. They did not even want to leave the house They tanned on the deck for hours..dipped in the pool! The communication with the owners was amazing!! The girls said they want to go back because it felt like home!!!

We stayed at Ellis' Hideaway for two months. From start to finish, Jordan was always there. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The property and the location were amazing. We felt like we were at home and we practically lived on the lanai. The pool was great and a must for the hot days. While in a quiet neighborhood, there are tons of restaurants within a 10 or 15 minute drive. We made it to the beaches on Sanibel and Estero islands which are about 15-20 miles away. There is a bit of traffic at times to get out there but we avoided the high travel times and it wasn't too bad. Bring your toothbrush and a couple of swimming suits and you are home. We would have planned on coming back but we liked it so well we bought our own place. Now we are Jordan's neighbors! PS We travel with a service dog and the place is great for pets. Not a fenced yard but it is a nice yard with plenty of places to walk. If you like dogs, be sure that you ask to meet Ellis!

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. Great place to stay full of everything you need

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

My husband, our two dogs, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Cape Villa! The home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the thoughtful starter essentials (like laundry detergent and pantry basics) to the beach gear that made our day by the ocean even more enjoyable. As a pet-friendly rental, it was perfect! With a fenced-in yard, dog bowls, waste bags, and little touches that made traveling with our pups so easy and comfortable. It’s so clear how much Anthony & Laura care about their home and how much they’ve invested into making it welcoming, comfortable, and well-equipped for guests. The pool was perfect, the location was ideal, and they were truly amazing hosts… responsive, warm, and kind. We felt completely at home and genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

The house was very clean and nicely updated. Clear instructions were on the counter. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were neatly updated. additional payments were require to turn on the heater and jets in the hot tub.

Beautiful place , had everything we needed, game room a plus specially if you travel with kids/teenagers , host was very responsive .

I travelled down to Florida from New Jersey with my daughter, granddaughters and their dog. We needed a baby friendly home that was close to North Fort Myers and Geoffrey’s place was the best option available for our trip. We had a slight change of plans at the last minute and were able to book and check in to this home on the same day. The location was great and the home was beautiful on the outside and inside. Out of all the places I’ve ever stayed in, this one was by far the most beautiful! The kitchen was gorgeous and spacious. The outdoor covered lanai was perfect for morning coffee at sunrise. My daughter was so pleased to see a high chair and baby bath available for use. Geoffrey was an amazing host and always responded right away with questions and concerns. Thank you Geoffrey for everything!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!
