Vacation rentals with a patio in North End, Boise

We were in town for a friend's wedding and this place was the absolute perfect landing spot for us. It had everything we could think of, the bathroom was super nice, and there were a lot of goodies provided that were a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to town for a quick trip!

Fantastic place to stay in Boise! Everything is within 10 minutes' drive, the place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to use the community pool, just a short walk away. Jacquie and Leah were super responsive and friendly, great recommendations for local places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Perfect for our family of 4!

This was a very cute little studio with a homey feeling. It’s perfect for 1-2 people. The back yard was a cute area to hang out. We booked here last minute and Deana was still quick to respond!

Wonderful Stay in Boise!! We had a great experience staying at Eric’s place. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. The master bathroom was a real highlight—modern and well-designed. All the technology was straightforward and easy to use, which we appreciated. And the location couldn’t have been better for exploring Boise—it was the perfect home base for our visit. We had a fantastic week at Nick’s Airbnb while our daughter competed in Junior Miss Rodeo Idaho pageant! The location was perfect, just minutes away from all the events, making it incredibly convenient for us. The space was cozy and peaceful, providing a wonderful retreat after busy days. Nick was a great host, and his thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a very clean, adorable, comfortable and convenient place to stay…plus it may also be good luck, because our cowgirl was crowned Junior Miss Rodeo Idaho 2026!!

Perfect stay for a weekend trip to Boise! Close to everything but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was very cozy and the home had all we could need in a clean and safe space. Kenny was super helpful and responsive, making it an incredibly easy and enjoyable stay!

Jessica's house was truly one of the best we've ever stayed at. The house was gorgeous, but also extremely well thought out. Every possible thing you could need was provided - and more! The amenities for our toddler were exceptional. So many books, toys, and evens step stools for the bathroom, which she loved. We highly recommend staying at Jessica's!

The cottage is as advertised. House is in a great location, walkable to Hyde Park. Morning walks are awesome viewing all of the old homes in the area. The house is clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay here again.

Whoa. This place was amazing! The location was perfect: close to downtown, the foothills, hiking, Hyde Park, city parks, etc. Honestly, I couldn't think of a better location. Jen and Dax were very kind and helpful. And they have a really wonderful family. The house was just too cute. A beautiful craftsman's that has comfortable beds and furniture. Great front and back porches as well! We loved everything about our stay and hope to return!

Don't hesitate, book this place. it is located in a beautiful neighborhood and there are so many activities close by. The cabin was incredible, and you won't want to leave, trust me!

My daughter lives a few streets down, and we were there for her graduation party, so it worked out perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet, and easy to get to BSU and other local attractions. The house was exactly as described, and all the retro touches made it extra special. I appreciated the luggage racks so our suitcases did not have to sit on the floor. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities, like the bikes and the backyard.

I almost don’t want to leave a good review so this place will always be available for me whenever I want to rent it! Honestly, this might be the best Airbnb I’ve rented. The place was so comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood, fenced yard for the dog to play in, comfy couch and bed, loved all the art, blankets, pillows. They’ve really done an amazing job making this place feel just like home. We will absolutely rent this place again when we’re back in Boise!

Wow! What a gem of a place. The neighbours are lovely and if you have a pup the extra touches like a ball and biscuits for them was super nice. Jessica and Bryan are lovely hosts and I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!

Epic views and a walk through amazing homes to a fun little downtown. If you ride a mountain bike it’s a short ride to some fun trails.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The unit, located above the big garage/work space felt incredibly private, which made it feel like a secluded getaway even though we were on the property of the main house. The pool, positioned between the house and the unit, was an amazing feature that added to the sense of separation and relaxation. There was always plenty of parking available in the driveway, and we never once felt like we were intruding the owners space. The unit was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities that made our week-long stay so comfortable. On top of everything, the location was perfect—just minutes away from great food & shopping, while also being close to the foothills, offering easy access to nature and outdoor adventures. Crystal was a fantastic host—super responsive & thoughtful, making sure everything was just right. This was easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and it’s now the only place I’ll consider when returning to Boise. Highly recommend!

Condo was right at Bogus Basin ski area. Easy to get to the slopes and ski right out to the runs. Safe parking. The condo is located down a path that can be icy. There are carts to use to take your gear down. The condo has some upgrades. It could use a good cleaning. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of blankets and heater works. There is baseboard heaters. Ryan was very good at replying to my messages.

Clean and comfortable. Logan helped out with local recommendations and communication was great. Lovely walkable area. We would stay here again for sure.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at George’s Golf Retreat! It was perfect for us! The place is clean and adorable, and it was exactly as it was described in the listing. The host was very responsive! We had a few questions for her, and she wrote back right away with the answers. We loved the view of the golf course! It’s so peaceful looking out the windows of the condo. The sunrises over the golf course were spectacular while we were there! We took walks in the neighborhood and found the neighbors to be quite friendly. The place is very spacious and well insulated. I enjoyed having my quiet time down in the basement room in the morning. I couldn’t hear anything going on in the rest of the house. It was absolutely delightful! This was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and we had a great experience! Everything was provided to make us have a comfortable vacation. We loved everything about our stay and would love to stay there again one day. We really appreciate our host!

Great stay. Very close to everything we needed. Great host very responsive and proactive.

Billee's properties provided a great stay for a great value. The floors were a little dirty and one of the barbecues wasn't working properly but those two things were easily mitigated and in no way detracted from our overall stay. Billee was very open and proactive with communication. I would recommend anyone stay at this location. Trip time via ride-share was short and it was overall very close to downtown Boise and close to Albertson's stadium for the football game that brought us to the city. Thank you, Billee, for having a great place for guests to stay at!

This little cottage was cozy, clean, If we ever need to come to this area again we would definitely stay here again.
