The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - dragin. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life. There is the possibility of lovely walks by the beach, on the dam and possibly a longer trip Skalø around.
