Monthly Rentals in Normandy Isle

for me and for what I need the studio was very good 👌 and comfortable, beautiful views, Sercas shops,laundry on the same floor, elevator, very kind people, and Cesar very kind. Names that I know if the vanderia card in the dryer went to me by another🤭 but Cesar told me that it was more coherent than to buy another and for that I got more burdensome and put it come.

Apartment is very close to the beach, about a block down then the walk to the beach. It was really helpful that the host provided beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler bag. We ended up paying for parking usually but it wasn’t too high. Cvs, wallgreens, restaurants, and publix are a walk away. The space is small as described but being so close to the beach it was perfect.

Beautiful new building, great location and free beach chairs imcluded! I am a licensed realtor and used to live in this neighborhood., trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. The pool, gym and amenities were all in pristine condition. If you like yoga, there is a studio walking distance. Publix for groceries the Bandshell for concerts and great restaurants are all within walking distance. Building has easy parking or save money and park on the street for up to 6 hours at a time. My 8 year old daughter loved the pool and made a friend she played with for hours. We needed a couple of things and this host was very responsive. The apartment was very clean with brand new beautiful luxury appliances (Smeg & Bosch). I loved my stay and would higjly recommend this location! Enjoy!
