Freshly renovated 50 sqm attic apartment in well connected Neusser suburb. Highway A57 and A46 are minutes away. S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection directly in front of the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom. A fully automatic coffee machine incl. coffee is at your disposal.

The apartment is about 30 sqm, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and closet , the windows are to be darkened by blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2 burner stove, sink and microwave combination; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room . The final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bettinlett is laundered at the change of guests.

Bed 1.60 m x 2 m kitchen with stove, fridge, a small oven. Bus stop just a few meters away. Non-smoking apartment On the street you can park for free, if it is full, max. 5 minutes walk from the parking to the house. READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. Smart heating system, max. room temperature in winter 20 degrees. The heater will automatically turn off when the window is open. Between 11-6 pm night lowering. All guests must be registered. We live next door in 4-9 pm.
